Is anyone else experiencing slow withdrawals there? I have now been waiting for over 12 days for a Moneybookers withdrawal, still nothing. I have contacted support several times, and they say "it will be done as soon as possible" etc. I am a calm and relaxed person, but my feeling is that this takes to long. Is it just me, or are they slow on others aswell?

I dont get it, there has been many threads like this concerning slots oasis, cherry red and so on lately. Can it be that it is summer?

Have you tried to PM the rep?

No, I have not done that. Where do I find the rep? I have contacted the livechat service 2-3 times. The livechat person told me that he would contact the cashier on my behalf, so I will wait until tomorrow and see, if nothing happenes I will contact the rep. Thank you for the tip.

Things seem to have been fixed at Rushmore (sister to Cherry Red and Slots Oasis). The rep goes by "Louise" here (use the "I-Gaming Forum Reps" link above). PM her and/or leave her a message on her page and she can help. I can tell you from past experience that dealing with customer service is pretty much a waste of time.

Louise is on vacation till tuesday, i too have a pending withdrawal and have been told its been forwarded to the account manager, Louise will p.m you if you contact her when she gets a chance as she is enjoying a much overdue deserved vacation with her family.............laurie:)

I don't get it either Marie. Way too many threads/posts like this lately. I think it's great that Louise spends so much time here, and is always on the ball and on top of things. But the woman does have to take days off, vacation, sick days, whatever. She can't be here 24/7. Things should still run smoothly whether she's here or not, especially payments. It shouldn't take a rep at CM to get people paid, unless it is a special case.

In any event, I hope they get these problems worked out....cause it seems as if this group is one of the better options for players when it comes to RTG.

Pulver, here is the link to Louise's profile. Make sure you click on send a Private message, as opposed to Public.

Thank you for your reply Pina! I will do it tomorrow if the money doesn't arrive.

Yup pure bull. Slots Oasis took over 3 weeks to process my withdraw. Im sure Louise will come here and explain with some excuse or other. But in my view this group pay as slow as hell and never will I deposit with them again due to this.

Wouldn't it be great if they would just come out and say what the issue is and to let people know that there are going to be delays? Seems the right and fair thing to do! To not make a public comment is not good PR and it's akin to sweeping it under the rug, which makes the players distrustful.

Yes it would be best but would one expect anything other than RIVAL 2.0. Their statements in regards to slow payments (always processing) were not worth the bandwidth they took!....IIRC, a quick exchange between CM and Louise mentions "processing"!

Also Louise's most recent mentioning of growing "10 fold" while at the exact same time is in damage control mode in regards to slow payments triggers my red flag,lol--JMO!!

I would suppose that the slightly recent processing bust hit some casino's very hard and it would also be reasonable to assume that some of them could have lost a lot of $$ in the confiscations that occurred due to that bust. Those funds are gone bye bye never to be seen again. Some casino's with small floats and/or operating budgets could have really been hit hard by a big loss of funds.

I'm not saying that is what is going on in this casino's slow pays but we have no way to really know what exactly the issue is, so we can't be blamed for wondering what exactly the deal is, can we?

Now this is an area that Regulation will actually make a difference if Nevada's, Miss.'s, other's gaming laws are the online Regulation quasi-boilerplate. A little low on funds, Your History!!..........Google Herbst or Terribles in Vegas!!

Ive always been a supporter of this group, mainly due to Louise and how fast their payouts were, but I must say Im really disappointed and shocked at how badly this latest problem has been handled.

Please Louise....just give us a reasonable explanation with as much detail as you can commercially provide and maybe most of us will accept it on good faith. All Ive seen so far is vague references to 'various issues' and a long list of what are NOT the problems.

I don't think Louise is going to tell us much more than she already has to date. She has had lots of opportunities to be more forthcoming. She strikes me as an honest person, and my guess is that she has said all she can say regarding the slow payments.
I have cut way down on my play with the Rushmore groups. I try to only play when i know that Louise is available (Sun-Thursdays) to process my payouts. I may cut down even further, because, although Louise is wonderful to work with, I really don't like having to go through her to receive a timely payout. I prefer to be as anonymous as possible-and a part of me cringes every time i have to email her for a payout.
I do believe that the Rushmore group is utilizing slow payments as a strategy to reduce the number of withdrawals they have to process. Most players love to play, and you have to have a lot of self-discipline to not reverse your withdrawal.

suspicious

Hi.

I joined Rushmore casino 1 month ago, and I sent my documents before playing and all was fine. A got a message that everything was OK and any pending withdrawal should be processed within 48 hours.

After 48 hours my withdrawal was not approved. Nothing.
I tried the live chat support, and they said it was problem with Neteller.
(Same day I got a payment from another casino to my Neteller)

Another day went. I sent a message to rep, no respond. So I decided to get in touch with rep. through Casino Meister, and suddenly I got responce immediately. And my winning was paid.

Well Louise fixed it, and I should be happy and quiet. I got my money.
No, I don't think so.

When I have to to work and deal to get money that I have actually won in a proper way, the whole entertainment of winning is spoiled totally.
As we players are bound to follow "terms and conditions" paragraph to paragraph, this should concern both ways. Not paying timely is breaking an agreement. If I don't pay my own bills I have to pay fees for the delay.

I will not spoil my experience with casinos who have "delays". Why bother. There are casinos using this software who never have disapponited me and always paid me on time, or even earlier than they were obliged to.
I'll stick with them.

Pure Bull crap imo

Just got off chat about my 2 withdrawals at Oasis and Rushmore, was given the same ole song and dance,' cept this person was nicer to deal with, i was told they are back logged with withdrawals and will get to it soon..................I miss Louise and the "wham bam thank you mam, its in your account now" treatment:mad:......................laurie

I had a phone call with a customer service rep at Rushmore casino, asking about my 2 withdrawals of 2k at each casino, i was almost floored when he said it could be as early as sometime next week, i dont know how the rest of you feel, but to me thats a lot of money.

Louise deserves this vacation , i imagine they are being over ran with complaints as i was told , when i take a vacation or im out of pocket, i leave someone in charge to take care of any issues that may arise, so that im not bothered, it sure seems to me like they are not helping Louise at all.

I know that i will be paid, there is no doubt about that, i would just like a honest to goodness time frame answer, thats not to much to ask.......is it?.........laurie

NO it's not to much to ask at all and having only one person (Louise) who can take care of these issues shows a lack of good management or incompetence or both.

Laurie, sounds like your withdrawal will be processed when Louise is back from vacation on Tuesday. I agree, this is a large sum of money, which i am sure they are hopeful that you will lose back to them---
I have uninstalled Rushmore, Cherry Red and Slots Oasis from my computer., I don't like the way they run their business,
Pam

Several months ago when playing at Rushmore, I was more than a little irritated that my withdrawal was lef pending for more than 3 days. Support told me the accounts manager (Louise I presume) was on vacation and nobody will process the cashouts. Okay, after Louise returned my withdrawal was processed shortly after. I was even given a comp. However, I told Louise that sort of arrangement must not continue. Cashouts should be processed through a system like Jackpot Capital or Inetbet where withdrawals take at most 24 hours normally.

I believe that my words did not fall on deaf ears. Rather, there seems to be a reluctance to address this problem and I would agree with some posters' observations that they want us to reverse and lose back the money and in turn could mean some cashflow problems. It would be a simple thing to allow cashouts to be processed within a 24-hour frame for regular customers and only when there are security issues with the cashouts or where they are large in size should the manager's approval be required.

Also uninstalled

As dcpam39 I have also uninstalled Rushmore. I don't tolerate casinos who don't pay in the time frame they state.
Terms and agreements should work both ways. Basta!

All of us gamblers have one powerful way to clear the worlds business of gambling: we don't invest our money in casinos that don't follow the rules.

It is as simple as that.

It is investment and entertaining together. More fun than the stocking market. But you don't invest in stocks that are going down, do you?

Well as i have said in a few other posts my first / last experience with slots oasis was both very good and very bad. Hittting a 6k random and then it took weeks for my wire to arrive. 101 excuses the same bull they are using on the latest threads about slow pay. I did in fact give 2k back as it was sat in my account forever but at least managed 4k clear. Based on that and the insane withdraw time sure they got 2k from 6k back but never saw another dime of me. In my view totally lame - and avoid. But hey thats only my opinion ;)

I agree - if they're going to leave it up to only one person to run the show and fix the problems, then the very least they could do is train a couple of assistants to take over when Louise is off work or otherwise not available. But like Pina said, it shouldn't take a rep to get people paid - it's fine for us here who are members at CM and who know how to contact Louise, but what about the people who aren't?
