Resolved Cherry Red slow withdrawal approval - again

As I have posted about before there are real issues with withdrawals at Cherry Red (maybe only if you are a US player). First there is the issue of not being able to take part of a withdrawal to use it without first cancelling the whole withdrawal and starting the approval clock again (apparently a lot of casinos do this, though). Then there is the 24 - 48 hour approval process, except that my $1000 has now been sitting there for four days without being approved. Chatted with various people - "they are experiencing some delays," "should be processed tomorrow," "oh, its always 48 hours" (this was on day three), then again yesterday "should be processed tomorrow." Tried Louise - said she can't really help with wire withdrawals. Approval process should not be any different. This has happened with every withdrawal I make here - and then it usually takes at least two weeks for the wire to hit my bank.
 
I feel for you, i really do, this is one of the reasons i no longer play at any of their casinos, until they improve the way they do payments and put the truth out there to whats going on, they have lost a loyal player and im sure im not the only one..............good luck to you:)....................laurie

Dear LDRell.

I played at Rushmore Casino (and Cherry Red is one of the casinos in the Rushmore Group). My first withdrawal was delayed and I didn't ger any explanation why, which I find is very ignorant. Just "sorry for the delay".
So, my solution was that I deleted the casino from my computer, and will not play there until the complaints stop about them.

I really hope that you get your money, (of course you do!) but I think one should be careful playing at those casinos for a while.

All of my withdraws except for the very first one have sat there in the 'pending' for a few days at least . Stay away from it and don't reverse !
A wire will take up to 12 or 13 business day but you will get paid eventually .I hate how they sit there in the pending section to but really just stay away from it until they scoop it out .

I dont know why anybody is bothering with the Rushmore Group right now.

The only thing they have going for them is Louise - and they are making her run the gauntlet!

Maybe we should, as a player group, ask Bryan to review their accreditation here at Casinomeister.....it's a privilege that should not only be earned, but also maintained IMO...and I dont think Rushmore is cutting the mustard right now. A very short-term processor issue etc is one thing, but up to 2 weeks for a Neteller transfer and 3 weeks for a wire is ridiculous. I mean, why should Rushmore group be in the same category as 32Red and Buzzluck when they pay within hours?? At least when there is some kind of issue, the aforementioned are upfront and public about the cause and the solution....they dont keep churning out the same bunch of nonsense about processor 'issues' etc etc.

Rushmore group is definitely NOT paying players in a timely manner and I move that their accredited status be at least reviewed.

Whatever has been going on with the Rushmore group has been going on too long and no good explanation has been forthcoming in spite of repeated questions.

I'm really surprised that they have made almost no attempt to reassure their players.

Slots Oasis is part of this group too. I posted a withdrawal to my ewallet on August 13th and I'm still waiting. Hopefully, it will eventually show up, but I'm getting tired of the placating emails from customer support.
 
I've been waiting for my last check for, if it comes Monday, 16 business days. A previous one took 17. I will admit, however, that I've never had issues with approval (ie always 48hrs or less). I've not played with them since that cashout (8/5), and plan to close my account as soon as it arrives. I would've closed it already, but, I figure, if I close my account, any hope I had of getting that check would disappear I've already sent my paperwork to Inetbet to start depositing there when I have funds again. The only way their accreditation is going to be reviewed is through PAB.
 
Finally approved

Well apparently it was finally approved - at least it isn't still sitting in pending. We will see how long it takes for the wire to hit. I will keep posting on any progress.

I do think that CM needs to consider putting in place acceptable payout time frames for accredited casinos - including for US players. Funny, in every other line of business you can make a transaction with a company in another country and have your money in 24 - 48 hours. Why it takes 2 - 3 weeks for a bank wire is beyond my comprehension.

I totally agree with you, LRDell. A time frame considering pay outs for "accredited casinos" is necessary.

Update: After posting my $4000 withdrawal at Slots Oasis on August 13, it hit my Quicktender account on August 31st. This is a big relief.....I think I'll stay away for awhile though...

Just as a follow up - I am a little disappointed that Louise hasn't even bothered to respond to a few pm's since last Wednesday. Guess she told me she can't really help with wire withdrawals and that's the end of her response. She has in general been really good - maybe she is away. Has anyone heard from her in the last few days?
 
I am also waiting for a response from Louise to a PM I sent over the weekend. I don't think she has been here since the 27th (that is what is says on her profile). Maybe she has some days off.
 
Just thought id point out louise did say she had been unwell recently,it may/maynot be a reason she hasnt been around lately,

Are these VERIFIABLE reports?

We have had players not getting paid, and in another thread Louise said that withdrawals would be paid "when we can get more funds in our account".

This could be read as simply being money in the wrong place, such as needing to move it from their bank to their merchant accounts at, say, Neteller, before being able to process further payments.

I stated that this could just be incompetence, but movement of funds should take no more than a couple of days, and these problems have been going on for 2 months. This raises the possibility they are struggling to get the money in the first place, and the possibility that affiliates are now reporting payment issues tends to support the theory of them being in some kind of longer term cashflow dificulties, rather than problems with short term fund movements.

Failing to pay affiliates on time is worse for business than stalling players, since affiliates can stop promoting them, cutting the supply of new players. Affiliates also network more than players (less than 50% of players are active members of gaming forums), so news of any payment issues with a program will quickly spread among affiliates, who are in BUSINESS, and are not likely to volunteer to work for nothing, so may decide to promote casinos from a different program instead of those from the Rushmore group.

CM does need to seek assurances from them that they are NOT struggling financially, as it seems we are unable to get such assurances through Louise, and the only explanation offered so far that goes beyond " sorry" has been about the need to get funds into their accounts before they can process further withdrawals.

We must also remember that here at CM we are getting special treatment, which may well disguise the delays being experienced by non-CM players who do not have Louise to flush and expedite their withdrawals.

The fact that these delays are NOT just confined to US players means it has nothing to do with UIGEA and the inevitable delays caused by problems getting the payments through a hostile environment.

When they say it's because a player lives in the US that's not true. I use QT, Platinum Play and slotocash have no problem getting my money to me. I flush at slotocash and it's in quicktender before you can bat an eye and if it's during the week my money is in my account the next day.

My last cashout with clubword was paid within 12 hours and by that I mean in my bank account. That was over 6 weeks ago so I don't know if they're having problems now. They feed false information about not being able to pay US players in a timely manner.
 
The failure to adress the situation from Rushmores side is starting to really annoy me. And the fact that Affiliates are having problems with getting paid aswell, makes the alarm bells go off for me.

Come on Rushmore, cut the crap and give us an explenation to why your organization has taken the form of a sinking ship the last two months.

When other casinos manage to pay within HOURS, why do you have to use WEEKS?

Wire transfer arrived

I am happy to report that the wire transfer did arrive. It hit my bank on September 14. So the delay wasn't too bad on the back end this time (compared to other times, not compared to what it should be!).:)
 
Rushmore aside it seems that when.....

Casino Groups open new casinos their support quality goes down and their payments take longer and VIP reward program suffers.
 
Resolved . . but yet again . . .

So here we go again. Another withdrawal - small this time (ony $400). But it's been sitting there pending since Wednesday. And I can't even play there if I wanted to right now, because they won't let you deposit without cancelling the withdrawal and starting the clock over. Like that's going to happen!
