Jokers They are not accepting my proof of address. I have sent a utility bill which is one of the documents required for proof of address that meets all requirements. It has my name and address that matches the one on the account and on my ID. Also, it's dated within the last 3 months and has the company's logo on it. Yet they are still emailing me back saying it has not passed our security checks but, as I point out, its utility bill and meets all the requirements that have been asked for. So I send them something else that meets the requirements but they keep resetting the wait time to 72 hours each time. It's very time consuming and unfair as they have no reason to decline the documents in the first place. This has been going on for 4 days now, they have accepted my ID. Just dragging their heels over the proof of address which, as I pointed out, meets the requirements set out. I have been more compliant and patient with their requests, but nothing is getting resolved and all the time I'm being prevented from withdrawing my winnings for no good reason. Just delaying tactics and its wrong also there making it a condition for withdrawal which is under condition 17 sub section 2 of the gambling commission laws. They could of asked for this at time of signing up or upon deposit but chosse not to. Live chat and email useless just say we sticking to there produces and or take ages to reply via email stay away if u have lagre win I can guarantee that you will have hard and long wait to get your funds.
