I am very sorry to see you are in the same boat. I am still on hold since 02/11/07. My latest email states I WILL have money REFLECT in my account between 3/21/07 and 3/28/07. I certainly will be holding River Belle to that. Today is the 34th day I remain unpaid. As I warned earlier you would get numerous emails each contradicting the prior email. The CS are as confused as we are. It is not business as usual despite the appearance. River Belle did change its ACH terms on web site to reflect 2-21 days so maybe we have made some progress here. Just hang in there and stay with the forum. If we don't get paid as promised this time around maybe the Meister can add some additional input. After much research I have found this forum does carry a lot of weight along with some of the most intelligent people I have yet to speak with on the net.

I guess they're sorta retarded. 99% of banks do not post ACH/Wire transfers on weekends. Especially since it's St Patricks day here in the states.

Hopefully it's there on Monday.

Still nothing on this. I`ve got to get up at 4:00 AM and drive 600+ miles in the morning because I don`t have my money yet. Long story and not your problem, I know. But I just don`t understand why I keep getting these emails from you all, and they amount to nothing but false hope. I mean, why do you bother if you can`t come through. This is a line of many emails that I`ve received since my withdrawal on Feb. 10th. You took my money instantly from my account. We`re going on a month and a half to get it back! I talked to my bank,,,, they say there`s nothing preventing me to be paid... Are you out of money?? Is your Processor B.S.`ing you about whats really going on?? I don`t get it! I have other emails from you guy`s saying you got it all staightened out,,, so what`s the issue now? I don`t like being lied to, and to be honest, that`s what I feel is happening at this time. My bank stands behind me and say`s that they can reverse any visa/debit card purcase paid to you 90 days prior to Feb. 10th and there after because of my added insurance. I certainly don`t want to go this route as I`ve enjoyed Bellerock casino`s for nearly 3 years now and thought that I could continue to play here.

IMHO I think you jumped the gun. As it was said earlier, banks normally do not process ACH/wire transfers on weekends. Why not just wait until Monday morning to send that email? Too late now, but still.

Also, I also think it's very unwise to even threaten a chargeback until you know for a fact that you won't see your money.

The problem would be this "90 day" rule mentioned by the bank. While patience is the best option, this has gone on for so long that patience could mean the relevant deposits fall outside the 90 day rule, making it impossible to pursue the action.

Since the main excuse has centred on US legislation holding up payment, it seems odd that the US bank claims there is nothing preventing the payment from being made. This points to it all having to do with the casino's processors not sending the payments, rather than banks blocking them on receipt.

The casinos need to grasp that other players who take this up with the bank are being told the same, and that IF they want to recover the money, they have to act within 90 days of the deposits, and not wait indefinitely till they can be absolutely certain the payment will come through.

If any players are brought into financial problems because of non-payment, the banks MAY initiate recovery through "chargeback" to cover their own losses, whether the player makes a formal request or not. Banks know that if one of their customers has been "scammed" out of money that they owe the bank, it is the bank that will take the hit if the customer has no other means to make good the funds.
If their is one industry that puts their own interests first more than the online casino industry, it is the banking industry.

Blaming it on new legislation at this point is also bull. By taking any form of deposit the casino is already open to sanctions if that is what they are concerned with. They should be more worried about taking deposits then paying money back. The law is trying to stop money leaving u.s. bank accounts not money coming back.

unfortunately, no one can give any clear explanations regarding the real reason for delays. I am with you, if I am not paid soon I am disputing all charges to my bank account up to the amount I am owed. Click2pay will take the hit and pass the chargebacks on to the casinos. TOUGH!!!!! LUCK!!!! click2pay lied through their teeth and has caused us to lose alot of money due to our attempts to deposit and play somewhere that can pay us our money.

I hate to say it but the jig is up.

You're exactly right. My concern is that this will go on just long enough so my bank or I have no recourse. I don't like threatening anyone but really, enough is enough. Up until now, I've been patient, as suggest by "everyone", and probably would have continued to be patient had they not said that my money would be in my account by the 17th. I'm sure I have a dozen or so letters from bellerock with a dozen other dates on them. I guess my point is... how can they say the problem is fixed when it obviously isn't?!
We never get to know who the "Processors" are. Is it possible that although I used ACH that indeed bellerock was using neteller to move the money to the U.S.? The timing seems about right. ;)
I dunno! I guess I'll go back to my quiet mode until I hear from them again.

I am very sorry to hear River Belle is still playing email and word games with us. Belle Rock is still obviously blowing the same smoke screen. Footdr your points are dead on! Today is the 36thday I remain UNPAID. My LATEST emails states funds will REFLECT between 03/21/07 and 03/28/07. I will wait until these dates but after that like Dekon the gloves will be coming off and if I have to I will fly to the corporate office of River Belle which I understand is owned by CARMEN MEDIA in in Gibraltar. Enough is enough. Meister please help us!

Bellerock has already responded to this, and so have I. You need to be patient in these matters. I know that's not what you want to hear, but this is what you need to do.

I joined up today because riverbelle has me fed up as well, they owe me $4,600.00 total and my 1st withdraw was "processed" on february 22nd. I have had same issues as u guys with the B.S. emails, different timelines, and load of rubbish and i no longer will play with them even if i do get my money! I was given the same timeline, give it till march 28th they say. The customers service was always very good, now its gone to crap.

I have been waiting since 02/11/07 which today makes 38days since my withdrawal and I still remain UNPAIDfor $8,000.00. My latest email states without a doubt I will be paid between 03/21/07 and 03/28/07 and I will be holding River Belle to this last promise. After that I will not take any more broken promises. I have had it with their broken promises and email after email contradicting the prior emails. Enough is enough! River Belle we now have another that has found its way to this great forum......please get us paid so we can continue playing and quit sweating it out! Just know you are in very good company with some of the most intelligent people in this industry right here!

My mother recently had a cashout of 900.00 about 7 days ago on Casino Grand Bay and it hit her bank account this morning via ACH. Now why are they having no problems at all and riverbelle, who has been fantastic over the years, is having the month from hell? I dont get it, i think we will get our money by the 28th though, if not i wouldnt mind flying to riverbelle headquarters and busting some ass in person

Because so many of the US players I know have been given up to the magic date of 03/28/07 with doubt per River Belle emails. I am holding out that they are going to meet this date. Too many of us have that same date. Must be their current processor deadline to perform ie REFLECT in our accounts. I am glad to hear your mother got a withdrawal recently maybe River Belle is back up and running but this 03/28/07 will say it all!!

I received an email that the processor confirmed I had been paid on 3/8(the processor not the casinos financial department). Today I call again only to be told that email was an error and I have not been paid. I was also told that it could be April before I receive the payment. But that I could not select a different payment method because the payment was being processed.

WHAT!!! if it is being processed then I should get it any day. Obviously it is not being processed yet by their processor. So, I should be able to change the method of payment.

But that is not allowed because they already transfered MONEY to their processor so that the processor could pay me.

Since it is my money I said I did not authorize a processor to hold my money for 21 days, while collecting interest on it, I am sure. And that if my money was sent to them to transmit via ACH they should be obligated to immediately send it. THAT GOT ME NOWHERE. unfortunately nothing will get us anywhere, we are completely at their mercy. that sucks

Again I am so sorry to see you here. Once again I stress you are in very good company - we may be broke but we do have a very intelligent forum here. Stay with us! Other people are claiming they are getting paid from other MG casinos. There seems to be a magic date of 03/28/07. If we don't have our funds by then I will guess a few of us US players will be taking a flight to Gibraltar. Carmen Media should be able to cut us checks on the spot and we can cash it locally and bring it home. Don't know the currency exchange rate but I least its something to think about!! River Belle is too big to let a few US players NOT get paid. Hang in there! I have been waiting since 02/11/07.

Hi - just to join the growing crowd - $4200 processed on February 23rd via ACH (the only withdrawal method available at the time) and no luck in receiving it. Add that to the $2000 tied up in NEteller and I guess I picked a bad time to start winning.

On a bright note (bright being that at least he was polite), a very nice man at River Belle said that they would contact the processor and try to find out details on my transaction for me. He also said that if the funds do not appear on the "magic" date of 3/28 that there would be an option to courier the funds to me. He then asked me if there was anything else that he could do to improve my gaming experience at River Belle. I said - why, yes - get my $4200 to me - that would be a wonderful start to improving my experience!

great that grand bay has paid you, but I also having a pending cashout at one of the grand prive casinos since early march and they haven't paid me. Hope they will soon.:mad:
 
I got paid by Grand Prive today. This one took the longest, 11 days. I think I'll stop playing at Microgaming all together. The only place I know I'll get paid quickly is Bodog. The slots seem to be pretty tight at BD lately so I'll save my money for the B&M casino.

Well you are the seventh US player I have "talked" to that is waiting on withdrawals from River Belle! Seems we all have the MAGIC date of 03/28/07. I was told between 03/21/07 and 03/28/07 to expect my $8,000.00. I have been waiting since 02/11/07 and today is the 39thday I remain unpaid. Today is 03/21/07 and my countdown starts!! I really hope they don't break their promisethis time!

At this point we have 03/28/07 as the MAGIC PROMISED date. I agree I would like to see that part of the world also. I understand it is beautiful. Glad to see if I got to fly maybe I won't be alone. I certainly am very tired of waiting since 02/11/07 with nothing but broken promises. In my industry I work all over the world and maybe I could drum up some business.

I have been in contact on the phone with other players from the USA and we are ready and willing to take a vacation to Riverbelle's headquarters in order to collect our money if needed. We have done a little research and have located where in South Africa you are located and would be a last resort to collect our winnings, which between the 5 of us is over $45,000.00. So lets just hope this money is paid to us before March 28th so we dont need to waste time and money on Airfare.

Your points are well made and well taken and I thank you. However, via this forum we are finding more and more US players that are not paid. Misery loves company. We need a venting mechanism and a way to warn other US players of the problems we are encountering. I understand your points but if it were not for this forum and being able to vent and understand all the politics involved I would have gone nuts waiting on funds since 02/11/07. I for one have learned a lot politically and more about the gaming industry. I am only sorry I did not find this forum earlier and it took an issue to find you. You have by far some of the most intelligent people I have ever met on the net. It is refreshing! I am trying to express patience and control but waiting 39 days for a payout is a lot of time and venting along with finding others in the same boat really helps.
