I hit $9000 on ReelSpin a few days ago. Within 2-3 days (was weekend, so I don't recall) my first check w/d of 2500 was approved. I could have gotten 4000 at a time with wire but I preferred checks. I've had a few small cashouts that were sent to PayMyCard in good time.

Unable to copy Chat with Support--WHY?

Just an update, I never deposited there and tried to close may account (again) on chat. These lot have dodgy chat portals whereby you can't e-mail the transcript to yourself or copy it as it disables the copy function.
So here's how it went, snipped screenshots:

I have been catching up on this thread and although and I was considering making my first deposit at Reelspins; however, this particular issue is in my view definitely reason to reconsider.

I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER encountered the inability to retain a record of my chat with Customer Support at ANY online casino including other Bet on Softs. Oh sure, there are many where only keyboard shortcuts (CTRL-A, CTRL-C, CTRL-V) are required in order to retain a record of the chat but at Reelspins, I see absolutely no other way to do so aside from the utterly ridiculous lengths that dunover had to go through in order to document the conversation.

I want to deposit at Reelspins; however, I want to see this particular issue addressed and changed. While I strongly prefer having the option of having an email record sent to me--even the ability to copy the text into another document will suffice.

Until this happens--I will not likely deposit.

I just chatted With Rhian in Customer Support at ReelSpin. Evidently on my first attempt to copy another Chat, I must have forgot the all important CTRL-C step.

Like all other BetOnSoft casinos, along with many others on other platforms, using the basic Keyboard Shortcuts and saving them to a Word file or other text file works just fine.

CTRL-A To Select ALL TEXT
CTRL-C To Copy that Text
CTRL-V To paste the text into a document.

He was very professional and courteous. All of my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction. I will be giving ReelSpin a Spin in the next 2 or 3 days.

I decided to give it a try even though I have reservations about supplying my cell phone number. I had no issues with the games playing properly as has been mentioned several times previously. I found everything ran quite smoothly.

I did however send in my verification documents on Tuesday 11/12 @ 2:47pm EST, more than 48 hours ago and have not had a response back. I usually get a confirmation very quickly. I don't ever recall it being more than 24 hours or having to ask if my information was received and confirmed.

Honestly, I kind of expect to receive this message back in an e-mail. I should not have to login to the software and stumble upon it, and then have to cut and paste this message to keep for my records. Maybe this is industry norm and I've just not played at enough places to know it?
 
I noticed over the weekend there seems to be a limit of 4 deposits in a 24 hour period. It said i reach the max number of deposits, not max amount of deposits. They were only $50 each.

I've noticed my deposit limits are sometimes low at certain places based on the method chosen and normally prior to account verification. Since your account is already verified I would simply contact support and request my limits be raised. I'm surprised they have yours set so low, but then again I can't remember exactly how much I've deposited there when I first started.

As for as the email thing confirming your account is verified, that might just be a simply oversight. Shoot them an email (or include it in the one with the limit raise request). When they respond you'll have your email document for your records. I'm sure you have already thought about these things and I'm only pointing out the obvious. My main point is, these issues are fairly minor and quick fixes.
 
The rep sent me a PM. They have attempting to e-mail me but for some reason my e-mail is being bounced back. I probably have something blocking them in outlook. That's why the limit of 4 deposits. The deposit issues is fixed, but I will need to check my e-mail tonight and see. Maybe just provide a secondary e-mail account if needed.

I made a withdraw request on Thursday. It was processed on Friday and in my account this morning. Very quick. Also my experience with CS via chat was good. They were actually helpful. Instead of saying we cant do that right now, the answer was I'll e-mail accounting and see if they can do this for you. The forum rep here AffCash has also been very helpful and timely with responses to all my PM's.

I consider myself to be a high roller and my experience so far is generally a good one.

+ Live chat advisers are quick and responsive, apologising when mistakes are made and put things right ASAP
+ Cashouts so far totaling $16,000 have all been processed successfully (albeit after chasing through live chat)
+ Decent bonus offers without any blatant "trap" terms
+ Reasonable selection of games and table limits

- Teething trouble with bonus codes, deposits and cashouts, though all resolved through live chat
- Lack of Skrill/wallets and alternative currencies, as already mentioned in this thread
- No real innovation over existing casinos

When choosing a casino, the two things that matter most to me are good CS and no-quibble cashouts. So far Reel Spin have delivered in these respects, so for me they get :thumbsup:

Still not having ANY webwallets for deposit or cashout is unacceptable for an accredited casino.

It has gone beyond an effed up launch now. They have had ages to implement Neteller, Skrill, etc and haven't done so. I think it's a major concern, as no other operator seems to have issues with becoming a merchant, whereas RS stated they are.

I really think they need to offer at least a basic financial service and explain why they are dragging their feet on these issues.

Still waiting to be verified...First submitted docs on 12/3, got a request next day for more docs, sent those, have heard nothing back.
 
It would also appear the Wire Transfer option is broken again, so you either have to cash out via Pay My Card or wait until they find another wire transfer partner.
