As far as I know, I think that is down to the casino operators end. They have multiple currencies and real time converting from your main currency to BTC or other cryptos then when you open any slots it displays your crypto balance, So if a casino has been setup to only have a crypto balance then all conversions or done behind the scenes. Slot providers might also have had to implement in their coding of their slots what currencies can be used etc etc.

Some of this might not be true or accurate so if it is not please feel free to correct me anyone! This was just my own opinion on how it might work.

But some crypto casinos I think just have crypto balance only...... So it means you can only deposit and withdraw in crypto and not any other method. As far as I know?

Yes, there are plenty "crypto-only" casinos.
