I am in need of some help, I hope someone here (both players, casinoreps/providers) can help me.
(despite my english, which is terrible but I trust on your friendly understanding)

I am italian, and of course I am interested in playing on offshore /crypto casinos.

I am a bit “jurassic”, and it was a hard task for me to learn about cryptos but somehow I managed it.

My problem now is providers. Let me try to explain. When I open a offshore/crypto casino from Italy without VPN, to register, I can see only a few providers available, usually its the following ones:

So, there are not my favourite ones like PP, BTG, NetEnt, MG, Relax, Push, RedTiger, Yggdrasil, PnG, Hackshaw, and many others which are missing.

This is ok since I am openig the site from Italy.

After registration, when I open the site using a VPN from Norway, or Switzerland, or wherever else, STILL I can see only the above listed providers since I was registered as italian. If I can see one of the other providers, when trying to open it…. Ooops it seems you are from a restricted country.

In other words the only way to play the fav games is to LIE when doing the registration, but of course this will ingenerate problems when doing a withdrawal.

Despite the promises done by chat operators prior my registering, it seems there is no way to play many providers even if using a VPN.

Where am I doing wrong ?

Sounds like you had a mixed experience at BC.Game, sorry to hear that. To cover off some of your points:

• Never deposit to a crypto casino directly from a wallet on an exchange. Get your own local wallet and transfer your coins via that to the casino.
• Fees - what fees were you charged? I use Litecoin too and the fees are minimal.
• DOA2 - I’ve had some good success playing this at BC including getting my first wild line. I’ve just put a couple of hundred spins through it and got the bonus three times (including one four scatter bonus). And base game hits were reasonably fair.
• Crypto hassles - once you’ve used crypto a few times it gets a lot easier. You just always have to carefully check the addresses to send.

I hope your next experience is a bit better

Thanks for your reply, I was charged fees from coin base which were about 7 pound on a 100 deposit. I had no idea you could make a wallet without a crypto exchange. I will look into getting a local wallet. What do you think about PayPal crypto? Any experience with that?

Happy to help. 7% fees is rather high!

I’ve had no experience with PP crypto but I know others on here have used it. I’ve personally used Exodus as a local wallet, and more recently I switched to a Ledger Nano X and it’s accompanying wallet. I purchase my crypto from Kraken and transfer it to local.

A few things I noticed was I couldn't play any Play N Go slots no matter what country the v.p.n got changed to they wouldn't work for me and kept giving me a region error.

Oh I forgot to say that PnG slots worked fine for me but I was in Finland at the time .

I’m not really sure but it must have something to do with your account being registered to Italy, if you gave over that info at registration. There are plenty of decent crypto casinos out there that don’t ask for anything more than an email address at registration, as long as you are depositing and withdrawing crypto. if you account is register to Italy you cant play games they are blocked in Italy, new IP will not open blocked games

Even though I'm a bit of a Jurassic person, I managed to make two crypto deposits (40€ + 50€) and got the two welcome bonuses (180€ + 240€), now the problem is that with the real credits I was only able to unlock about 1% of the bonus, so that I would have to deposit another....8900€ to unlock the bonus of 420€ ?

Yep they are dire - I took one played a bit with it - then managed to hack my way through the terms - cancelled it down so my balance reset to wager free. Reports also starting to filter through from other sites that players getting Kycd are those who took a deposit bonus - apparently they running KYC to deter bonus abuse as anyone can sign up with any email etc. I would not touch the bonuses but then prefer to play with out any restrictions even when I was gambling in the UK in the good ol days.

I think its premature to write off BC game at the moment but am taking a watch wait and see approach at this time.
