Connectocasino are thieves like a mf

If you never made the deposit, I'd say go ahead and do the charge back. Don't spend too much time talking with them, there is a time limit for charge back.

What happened to the Connect to casino operator who used to come here? :eek2: .He has given up defending?

His CEO, Kevin Kane instructed him to stop interacting on the message boards in a move that I saw as petulant because they were getting some robust treatment from the posters on occasion.

Dear Damian,

We have received several calls from Connect To Casino about you posting on some message boards regarding a charge on your card showing up as www.connectocasino.com

I would like to explain that there seems to be a problem with the clearing house. They have messed up a few of the charges probably because we use the same clearing house and the same lawyer. We have informed them and they will be working to fix this in Germany tonight. We have credited $ 50 to your account for your trouble and hope you will retract your statements.

This situation got out of hand because I was out for memorial day weekend. I apologize.

Regards

Jeffrey Wallace
Manager
Destination Poker.com

Bryan, jetset, do you think there same??? I will not be taken no 50 bucks

This sounds highly unlikely to me. Perhaps Wallace should provide a better explanation in terms of more detail on how this screw-up occurred and perhaps a contact at the "clearing house" before you even think about "retractions".

hhcfreebie, I will not charge back a 100 bucks, i dont want to mess up my credit card, they might stop accepting gambling sites. Me playing at destiantion poker , was a test. But the fact they lied. Bothers me.

Fact. Connecto casino and them have they same processor and Lawyer
Fact. Sound like the same person picks up the phone
Fact. The casino design the same way

I ask did they destiantion poker did they have a sister casino and they said no, and what shows up on my statement connect to casino. Come on now

Bethug,

Charging back a fraudulent transaction does not hurt you, it only hurts the merchant who processed the charge. They get fined by the credit card company for each chargeback, and after enough of them, they will have their account with that credit card company (mastercard or visa for instance) revoked. If this is really a fraudulent charge, you should immediately contact the cc company and have it disputed. By not doing so, you are letting them get away with this behavior and they will do it to others and possibly you again.

No, very BAD idea. If you start establishing a reputation for chargeing back you'll find your casino accounts closing faster than light across the board - and I think Damian knows this.

Since he's had contact with the casino now, I think give them time to rectify the error and recredit the card. If not, or if the $100 is not credited to his account for immediate cashing out, then chargeback. Even then it remains a bad idea.

We have credited $ 50 to your account for your trouble and hope you will retract your statements.

Why $50? $100 and the matter would have been rectified satisfactorily, since that's what he's owed. Also, no retraction is necessary, since it was the casino in error. The most that could be asked would be a post to acknowledge receipt of the missing money, which wouldn't be unreasonable.

I said if he knows this is a FRAUDULENT charge, then he needs to dispute it. This is not establishing a reputation for charging back, it is questioning and recovering money that was illegally taken from his account, if this is indeed a charge he never authorized. You should never allow a fraudulent charge to stand, regardless of how much the casino throws at you, its larceny pure & simple.

Its only a bad idea if he made a purchase at another casino that is affiliated with the merchant listed on the charge. In that case, he should do more homework before publicly accusing them of fraudulent use of his card.

caurso, it goes way pass the 100 dollars, its like buying bad crack. Connectto casino lied. Destiantion poker lied. The same person pick the phone up. Both of them say they have nothing to do with each other. Connnect to, is setting up shop as destination poker cause of all the bad press, some webmaster know it and they still promote them.

We as players should not have to contact webmaster to get paid, we also should not be lied too. I ask destiantion poker who are there sister casinos and they said none. What do i see on my statment connect to casino, a casino that give people problems. I call the number and ask why they on my statement, they act like they dont know me and hung up. I cant even complain to the webmaster i use , cause she dont like me lol

I don't disagree with any of that, I'm simply suggesting that on the specific matter of this unauthorized $100 debit, if they stuck it back in your account for immediate cashout the matter itself would be settled. Or alternatively, they simply refund your card.

The phone behaviour and denial of the connection with D.P. are other matters, particularly the bad CS.

Why is destination poker paying $50 to keep Bethug from posting?

Why is nobody paying the $100 owed?

How can two casinos involved somehow in the same mistaken withdrawal of $100 not be able or willing to make good on it?

It's only $100 folks, it clearly was taken from Bethugs card, how can you pay $50 to avoid talk about paying $100?

None of this makes any sense! Just pay the $100 owed and be done with it.
