One of Russian speaking players asked me to help with submitting a claim regarding unexpected account closure at Bwin.
Short story: he was playing at Bwin, only making bets in Sportsbook, and won substantial amount of money. He requested first cashout (which was approved) and sent documents. And then his account was blocked.
It was 3 days ago, and after numerous email he haven't got a reply from the CS.
Should he wait a bit more?
Or should I ask him to provide more details to submit a PAB?
