First off, thanks for the support from everyone - and apologies for the late reply - I think we may have a butterfly-effect chain of confusion here.
As many of you know, we've been and are having some processor issues at 3Dice (forcing us to temporary throttle deposits - so that service stays
guaranteed) - and - this part I wasn't particularly planning on sharing in public - I'm about to become a father (planned release date less than two
weeks). Both of these things have totally changed my personal planning - making it far less obvious to personally follow up the CM forum.
That said, my staff is following up the forum daily, and can easily get in touch with me directly if intervention is needed. (in fact, I was notified
of this thread but my cm account was blocked at the time - thanks Bryan for fixing that.) I'm sure it is trivial for Bryan to check this (there are
some static ips - easily checked).
As far as direct communication goes, it is an oversight that that would be going to my personal email address. I would want Bryan or Max to
be helped immediately even in my absence. I still have to check - it has probably flown to page two between winner screenshot thread updates
in the cm folder of my inbox - we need to change that to the 24/7 3Dice support address - mea maxima culpa.
It's up to Bryan on how to proceed on this,

I don't play 3dice but thought id say glad to see you posting and congrats on becoming a father soon.
I understand Bryans reaction to removing your casino from accredited list and sure that can be sorted tho it doesn't concern me.
But from what I have heard your casino is a great place and hopefully it continues to be. I see that many members supported you but some of the comments over last few months have been way over the top.
Guess its just the way it is that as soon as theirs a few problems then certain members think its the end of the world and you are going bust and never taking US players again. Then theirs also the other members that get in a right tizzy when you haven't replied yet to their post from day before. Its like they think the Reps here 24/7 to answer all their queries instantly.
Obviously you were absent longer so Bryan was right to make his decision as it looked like casino had gone Awol and no one was interested in replying to forum but at the beginning in the posts about processors I was thinking at least give the guy a chance to reply before you answer your own question wrongly lol.
Anyway good to see you back and hopefully everything gets sorted.
Least you know a few members might finally get a decent nights sleep for first time in months lol

Well that is a pretty good answer I am sure I am not the only one feeling a little bad. I will consider make my first deposit on 3 dice Is it possible to play in canadian funds there? Do you send wire or bankdrafts ( cheque ) to canadians?
