    After one and a half month and still haven't got paid.They just rejecting my withdrawals without giving a reason.I PABed a month ago,but we didn't have any news so far.I don't know what else to do.I have started believing that i won't take my money.

    I contacted alderney,but haven't received a final reply yet.I have also contacted some courts in Tel Aviv and am waiting to see what is gonna happen.I don't know why we can't find a solution.
    Maxd told me he was going to post a warning before 2 weeks and i will be notified when that happens,but nothing yet.
    I contacted the support at gammonempire but they keep saying ridiculous things.I asked them why are they keep rejecting my withdrawals and here is what they replied:

    Hello,



    Thank you for contacting us.

    You lost many swing tournaments on purpose in order to manipulate your rating with a minimum loss; your case is being reviewed by the management.

    We will reply as soon as possible.

    And about 10 days before i have asked them the same question and here is what did i get:

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Since you didn't complete the games you were required properly (you
    played swing tournaments instead of a single game) we have transferred
    this matter to the management for further examination.

    Once this will come to a conclusion regarding this they will reply you
    with an answer.

    It is obvious that they don't even remember why they started rejecting my withdrawals in the first place.That behaviour is simply unacceptable and has put me in a lot of stress.

    Maxd is a very busy little bunny since he returned from vacation and will get to your case in due course. FWIW, a month processing a case it totally typical, many take much longer if the situation is at all complicated.

    Maxd,i hope you had a nice vacation.I didn't say this in any way as a complaint.I am really thankful that you wanted to help me anyway.

    I would like also to say about my case,that today i received 3 emails saying that i can make a withdrawal and gonna be paid.I don't know why they sent me 3 different emails saying pretty much the same thing,but that's what they did.People say, seeing is believing, so i have to see it first before i believe it.

    I am posting again just to let you know that today they finally paid me.I have no idea what made them change their minds,but i am suspecting maxd did something.


    I would like also to thank maxd for all his help and all of you guys that gave me advises and support.A big THANK YOU is the least i can do to show you my appreciation.
