thought I'd post my current experience at BetRockit, seeing as it's not been mentioned much on here.

It's operated by OddsMatrix and currently Netent only, as well as a Sportsbook.

They offer a 200% SUB up to 750 in various currencies, but the max withdrawal from the SUB is 10000 Euros. WR is 25* deposit + bonus. No max bet listed in terms.

I had a good run with my SUB, made the WR and requested a withdrawal back to my debit card for a total of £8200 (but in batches of £1700, which is the max for each card payment). I subsequently noticed in the terms that there is a max withdrawal of 5000 Euros per day, so I assume they will split the payments up.

The site says payment next day 'guaranteed'. Not sure this is quite correct, although it may well be only for verified players. After 24 hours they have asked for various verification documents, which I have sent, plus completion of 'the attached' card authorisation form, which I have not sent as they did not attach it! In the meantime, payments are still showing as pending and reversible after 36 hours.

Although they claim to offer 24 hour support, live chat is often not available and there is no phone number. They do reply to emails.

I am hoping they get the first payment away before the weekend, but we'll see.

Well, there is always a risk with non-accredited casinos, which every member takes upon themselves.

I guess you will find out if they are legit in the next few days.

yup, I guess so. I have not had any problems with non accredited Netent casinos before, and there are quite a few of them around, but we'll see.

just to close this off, I have been paid by Betrockit without any problems.

First withdrawal took just over 48 hours to approve, as docs required verification.

Second withdrawal was approved in 4 hours (on a Sunday) and funds in my a/c next day.

Overall a very good experience

Glad you got paid ok, might try the sub myself as its a good offer for a Netent casino. Looks like a 150% casino bonus and 50% for the sportsbook section.

Yes, the SUB for the casino is decent - I took it - but avoid the sports book one at the WR would be hard to play through in a sports book.

Betrockit has been down for 'routine maintenance' and a 'security update' all day. Seems a bit odd.

I hope it's temporary rather than anything more serious as I enjoyed playing there (it does highlight the risks of leaving funds in casino a/cs as presumably there is no recourse if they go bust. I think I had about 88p left in my a/c so no damage if there is a problem).

I ummed and aaahed about joining Betrockit but in the end couldn't face yet another Netent clone site despite the bonus. FYI there is maintenance going on at the moment - CasinoRoom which is Netent + Quickfire MG was down for 20 hours yesterday (Sunday) for extensive maintenance. I wouldn't worry.
As 'compensation' Casinoroom gave all players 20 free spins on St*rb*rst. In keeping with my appalling last 5 months of bad luck, I had an RTP of 10% with 2x10p wins.

No, and it makes me all the gladder I made the decision I did in my previous post in this thread. Casinoroom was down Sunday last and it is apparent Netent-based sites are upgrading, but 4 days????? Something a bit sniffy there.

Betrockit's 'routine maintenance' now getting on for 2 weeks. Its twitter feed, which was fairly active, has not had any posts since October 17. Not even an explanation of what is happening.

The partnership with the current software provider didn't work out. Management is looking into investing in another brand. [...] All players will be paid.

The whole experience from me with betrockit let me think positive. I am optimistic.

So we have to wait..

Nothing at all. The website still shows the same message about routine maintenance and there has been zilch on their twitter or Facebook a/cs.

All looks a bit dodgy to me.
