Smile Question about winning on a non-cash deposit

[Max says: this post was originally posted in Rep Friendly Club World, still waiting on T&C changes...: off-topic and hijaking, so moved here.]

I received a $30 bonus, played on it, won over $600, then found out you can only cash out 10x the bonus - $300. The minimum cashout is $350. Do I have to deposit cash and play, win on the cash, then cash out when I am over $350? What happens to the other $300 over the 10x limit?? If I continue to play on the $600 and win am I just wasting my time because no matter how much I win I will only be able to get $300?? I just thought some more experienced players could help me out because I am new to the online casino gaming. Thanks so much!

Kim, the best idea would be for you to find the casino rep here.

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showroster.php

They should be able to help you sort this out.

    Good Luck!

    And Welcome to Casinomeister, too!!!

No point in playing on, the MAX cash out is still going to apply, not really sure if you could deposit $50 and then withdraw $350 all up, Never been in this situation.

It would be best to pm Tom Here as this is well off topic.

Similar issues have been raised in recent weeks and usually related to accredited casinos. I think that the casino should maintain some flexibility and raise the withdrawal limit to the minimum threshold allowed. In this instance, not $300 but $350. Of course, the casino could first reduce the $600 to $300 first and then allow the player to continue playing till she reaches $350.

    I'm a bit confused here...
This minimum cash-out of $350 is a general rule I presume, not a condition of the bonus...
If so, why on earth do they have such a high minimum cash-out anyway?

{Edit} Kim: I see you also posted about your problem in a different thread - please can you tell us which casino you are talking about?

    @Kim Mozley:
    • please don't post in the middle of someone else's thread: that's called "hijaking" and is a forum no-no.
    • please don't post the same thing in different threads around the forum: that's called "cross-posting" and is another forum no-no.
    • please read the Forum Rules wherein you'll find these and many other important site rules and guidelines detailed. Chances are that if you had read the Forum Rules you wouldn't have made these mistakes.

    sorry for the posting mistake

Yes, I did read the forum rules, but this is my first time on the forum and I am not familiar with navigating through the posts. I did not mean to "hi-jack" or anything else of any evil nature. Newbie mistake and will try not to do this again. I did go back and see if I could delete the post, but I couldn't figure out how to do this.

Casino in question is Club World - took the advice of another poster and PM'd the i-gaming rep. THANKS!

Once you submit a post you can't delete it (only a Moderator can do that).
But there are 2 things you can do if you want to remove your comments:
    1) For 2 hours after posting you can edit your post. So you could just go back in, delete everything and type "Ooops - sorry", "post retracted" or something like that.
    2) Send a PM to a Mod and ask them to delete it. Please note however, they will only do so if they agree that you have a valid reason.

Please come back & let us know how your CWC issue pans out.
I'm still mystified as to why they have a $350 minimum withdrawal
