I am new here and i am from Albania but i think the guy of class1casino must read this!
1.Its my first time posting here and i come here looking for days on google where to find a place to post my big problem with a beauty design casino but with a bad practice...... bad intention and NOTHING wich has to do with HONESTLY and HUMANITY!
2.I know the topic is something else ( i understand ) but i swear in our GOD that everywhere i will listen about class1casino i will TALK and i will SCREAM.

3.I think casino meister its the best place i find.I send to much documents at websites telling that can help me but they never answer me.ONly here i find the answer class1casino its a rogue casino

So ill try to explain shortly!
I have not connection at my home and after my experience at class1casino i learn that 2 players from the same home pc family are not allowed anyway my brother sign up there then i meet him at launch home and he said to me that he find a great casino wich you must try!
( eurogrand delete my brother account but not mine, casinorewards accept me and my brother without problem...... scratch2cash accept me and my brother without problem)
I go and try it and i register my details
300 % bonus and i start with 800.00 $ and that night ( after playing 5 hours i meet WR and my balance was 22.000.00 $ then i spoke with " great " support and they said i meet WR and i can withdraw but we are a bonus casino and your max withdrawal is only 5000 $ ( i dont think this is normal but maybe can be )
Tomorrow i cancel my withdrawal and i was again lucky and i go 40.000.00 $
MOre then never happy ( my 200 $ deposit was my last money into my credit card deposited through click2pay )

So with 40.000.00 $ i can buy my new home and i can invest in my music studio ( i am artist,composer and i have a home music studio )
After 2 days they contact me!
We found a similar account with yours and we decide ( without asking ) to close both accounts and send you back the deposit!
I check click2pay and the money was there!
Here my story START!
I e-mail them that he is my brother.Class1casino was my lucky casino and give me a chance to prove that he is my brother and me its ME.
OK they said that i must send all the proofs of adress,name, passport of mine and my brother NOTARIZED......( 32red never ask me documents like that but send my withdrawal from the first time i played there to moneybookers! )
I spend more money doing that and i send EVERYTHING!
The management decide to close both accounts and case closed.
The earth on my head......!
I spend with calls ....i talk with CLARA ........but nothing nothing nothing..
IS THIS HUMANITY....IS THIS HONESTLY....is this GOOD practice in this bussines!
I think this is a BIG SCAM!

sorry to hear that.

but they just used a clause of their terms. have you informed and checked with them before about your 2 accounts on same household/pc? if not

you really won big and they had a reason not to pay a dime. an honest place would have paid you the max wd of your bonus from such a big win, but as you see the class1 rep disappeared already, maybe he can say sth to your situation but you should make another topic or pab.

but it shoudl have benn clear to you before what is your max cashout by using a 300% bonus. these bonusses often have a max cashout in really honest and fair casinos, so 40k

glad you found casinomeister so anything like this shouldnt happen again in the future, hopefully

Actually Coxwell it MS Booo...not MR. I am very insulted that my name was brought in to this conversation. I have made posts for this casino on my own...no one asked me to. I have not received anything for my effort. I posted simply because I liked their customer service. I did NOT know about their history under their previous name at the time. The next time you want accuse someone of such a horrible thing, maybe you should get your facts straight first. I can't say whether they have changed their ways but I have had nothing but good experiences with them. That is my opinion and I am entitled to it without being accused of something so disgusting. You absolutely barked up the wrong tree by accusing me. I can't say whether they have changed their ways or not, but I can say that I have no affiliation with them whatsoever other than playing there on occasion.

It's all good cox. I wasn't angry just defending as anyone would have. Oh, BTW, "calm down boy", I actually already told you I'm a woman.....now who's not reading the entire post lol
