I second those nominations!Best new casino group to break into the RTG arena:
Rushmore, Cherry, Slostoasis
Best new casino rep and most responsive to players needs:
Louise![]()
With due respect, while players are entitled to their choice of 3 Dice being the worst casino, it does seem that the 'offences' are all one-off incidents. I can quote a number of casinos that repeatedly rip off players or deliver unprofessional/poor cusotmer service. Just my 2c.

if practice makes perfect, yet nobodies perfect, then why practice?
Because i play at only a couple of online casinos, i can only add a little to this thread:
best customer service: slotocash
best under the radar casino: slotocash (they just do things well)
best casino rep: Louise (and i don't even play there!)
best screenshot: nash's progressive hit! (so great to see someone from here get one of those!)
well, there's my two cents... and it's worth about... two cents.![]()

As Hippo, nowadays I only play a couple of casinos, but these are the only I really trust and can be sure I'll have the money in my MB account the next day to withdraw or less (very important for me..)
MG: 32Red (by far)
Other: 3Dice (quickest payout and good CS here (Enzo) and chat)
RTG: After closing my account this year on Inetbet, I've tried to include some RTG to my favourites, but after a last try at Slots Oasis this weekend, I couldn't get my 4 deposits last more than 30min. I still believe there's something strange with this software.
Rival: My vote goes to Slotocash.
Playtech...when I find one I'll let you know...
Net Entertainment: Betclick. I've not played enough (only 3 deposits) and the slots aren't my favourites, but I made 2 good hits and made a withdraw. My money was in my MB next day, so a good start
That's all.
Happy holidays all of you![]()

My licks:
Worst casino game: Squirrel Pike; I'd like to think I can hit something decent more frequently than once a decade when I play a slot.
Dumbest casino software providers and operators: Rival - They could have the US players virtually locked-up, but payouts take forever and are limited to scratch, and they keep changing how the games play (is it still possible to get the free spins on 5 reel circus?), to mention just a few of their most dunderheaded moves. And now, sticky bonuses!? What's next, having your docs notarized before they will pay you? Oh, they do that already, too...
Most agonizing online gaming aspect (personally): Living in a state from which MG software does not authorize their operators to accept players. I know it's gone downhill, but MG software is still the king!
Best use of casino "insurance": AIG, who nearly crashed and burned by gambling with derivatives and sub-prime mortgages until they were bailed out by the US treasury.
Best CM poster: vinylweatherman; always polite, and usually with something interesting to add to the topic.
Most annoying CM poster: LOOKAWAY. No offense, but dude, you really ramble ( on and on and on and....)

Unfortunately, that's all States now
I think Chuchu's comment, that when voting for the worst casino people should be looking at the big picture and not one-off incidents that are generally fairly small, is spot on. Consistently failing to pay on time, or at all, and that type of thing are more reasonable as the basis for the vote.
There's a line - above it you have casinos that "do the right thing" - they may not be to everyone's tastes but they will pay you, do things the right way. Below the line you have the rogues who knowingly shaft players. Below the line is where the "worst casino" award should be coming from.

I wanted to make sure I weighed in here on a few categories before the thread gets closed.
Best Casino of 2008 - 32Red (Once again, no one comes close to them in overall customer service, bonuses, top management and attention to each individual person)
Best Casino Manager of 2008 - Pat Harrison (The man works endlessly, even when on vacation. He is easily accessible to one and all here at all times, and goes out of his way to make sure that each and every player is looked after and happy. There may be others who work as hard as he does, but no one works harder).
Best Casino Available to U.S. Players - 3Dice (This casino offers innovative software, an attentive manager who actually listens to players, instant payouts and a top notch support team).
Best Overall Software - Microgaming
Best CS Rep - Ellen from 3Dice (There are so many worthy candidates here that it's hard to name just one. I could name a few just at 32Red....Jonathan, Susan, both Steves and so on. But Ellen is truly exceptional. She is always professional, knows her job inside out and makes you feel like you are valued. She is simply one of the best CS reps I have ever come across, at any casino).
Best New Game of 2008 - Tie between Deck The Halls (MG) and Industria (3Dice).
Biggest Shocker of The Year - Aoother tie. Inetbet confiscating the winnings of Mario777, when they were clearly in the wrong as far as terms listed for a particular coupon. The casino did eventually make it right, but I'm not sure that would have happened without the pressure from this forum and numerous postings. I just never expected this from them.
The launch of GoWild Casino was (and still is) a total and complete embarrassment to Microgaming in general. I'm actually flabbergasted that it's still ongoing. Some revolution...I wouldn't play at this casino if it were the last casino on earth....ever.
That's it for now....although I may add one or two more later.
