CASINOMEISTER'S 2005 AWARDS!!

On behalf of everyone on the team here, I would like to thank Casinomeister for bestowing the honour of Best Casino on 32Red for the third consecutive year. We are totally overwhelmed by this repeat recognition as this award is the very pinnacle in the industry because it is decided by THE authority in online gaming. I am struggling to find the words that describe just how pleased, proud and grateful we all are.

Our first award for Best Casino was 3 years ago and I can tell you that we were cock a hoop then. Since then, the industry has continued to develop and mature and there are now a good number of operators who try extremely hard to deliver a great service to players. I think it’s fair to say that the space is even more competitive these days and we are very pleased to be officially recognised as keeping pace with the industry’s progress and staying at the head of the field. Conversely, I am sure we all agree that some of the stunts detailed in the “Worst” Awards and highlighted above are as unwelcome and unhealthy as ever.

We would very much like to say thank you to Bryan, and add that we see the work he does as truly astonishing, and making the online gambling sector a better and safer place for the player. I know this perspective is shared by every other straight-thinking individual who participates in, or just reads the Casinomeister Forum. Please keep up the amazing work Casinomeister – it is appreciated enormously.

We would also like to thank the members here at the Forum who have taken the time and trouble to post of their experiences at 32Red. We realise that we have been lucky enough to attract players who are both articulate in explaining their opinions and have strong views about player treatment and experience. Those of you who have been good enough to support us know who you are and I would like to say an official and heartfelt “Thank You” from 32Red.

To maintain the level of service we have been recognised for providing means good people need to be at the heart of operations. I hope this isn’t construed as being self-congratulatory, but Pat Harrison is the man who leads the best team in the business. Pat guards our vision of “treating players better than you’d expect to be treated yourself” with amazing gusto within 32Red and I would like to add a personal thank you to him. Pat is supported by excellent people at the sharp end of 32Red, who put in the shifts and deliver the cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable player support we are now famed for. Thank you everyone, and congratulations to you and the other recipients of other Casinomeister “Best” Awards for 2005.

Yup. Congrats are in order to Ed and Micki @ Trident and their teams for winning the two big awards this year. Well done guys...thorougly deserved

And with my other personal fave to play at, Roxy Palace, also represented by "Vegas Splendido" on a couple of occassions, I have to 100% concur with all the Meisters choices.

Interestingly, Lee (32Red), Nicole (Roxy) and Hadar (Trident) also happen to be among the most helpful aff program managers i deal with also. Wonder if there is a correlation here?!

Well-deserved recognition, there's really no contest.

I continue to be impressed by 32Red - without going into detail, I'll just say that it's good to know you're dealing with real people, not just software and generic customer support. Take it from me, they go to great lengths to accommodate to the wishes of their customers. 32Red is the future of online Casinos, and it's here now.

As for the Club Rouge comment above, I agree it would be tactful to discuss it in a separate thread. The way I see it, Club Rouge is more than a comps program, it's not just about wagering, it's also about relations and custom - a two-way affair.

I also want to express my thanks to the Casinomeister members who contributed ideas for catagories etc., there was a lot of thought put into this.

I also hope that some of these awards will get some people to wake up and pull their head out of the sand (or their fourth point of contact) and get with the program.

I would just like to say how very proud we all are at receiving the Best Casino Group Award. Our team works very hard to deliver the best gaming experience for our players, receiving this award makes it all worth while.

I feel as though we won an Oscar! So like the Oscars, it's time to thank some of our team: Lisel (Customer Service Manager/Newsletter editor) makes sure our communication is fast, friendly and efficient; Hadar (VP Marketing) does an amazing job providing players with fun and exciting promos; Mireille (audit manager)makes sure winners get paid quickly; and Victor (IT Manager) keeps all the wheels turning. (30 seconds reading maximum!)

I would also like to thank the forum members for their informative and often very entertaining posts. The Casinomeister forum is one of my first stops every morning. It keeps me informed and brightens my day.

Bryan, you do a terrific job. I cannot thank you enough for this award.

And in my opinion, they can be thanked for making gambling a pleasurable experience for those who wish to do so
