hi,
I am over 60 and i love playing casinos on line.
I cannot say I am a winner but for sure I try not to loose.....
I am new here and I doubt about what to do.
I am having troubles with three casinos , .....all rtg.....and i am trying to contact somebody from casinomeister to understand which is the best way to go to get the money i won.
In the past for a claim of mine I was not happy with montana and i do not know if the "song is still the same" or cds maybe try to support onest player claiming for their rights.
i sent e-mail to forum with no answer.
I also sent a private message , twice , to clubworls operator but, again, i did not get answers.
Is there an e-mail address i could use to get advices? or i have to post the never ending stories and have opinion from the members?
I guess to have an aswer to understand which is the way to goi

If so, when?
Bryan was "out of the office" last week and so may not have got to look at all his e-mails yet.

Obviously at least 1 must be in the ClubWorld Group - but names would tell us much more.

Finally, what EXACTLY are the problems with your cash-outs?

Hi, MaxD here. I work with Bryan here at Casinomeister. My particular area is our player complaints process. We call it Pitch-A-Bitch, PAB for short, and you can read about it here. If that sounds like something you want to proceed with then please read the PAB FAQ as it describes your responsibilities in the process and what you can expect from us as the PAB proceeds: it is required reading for all persons who file a PAB.

At the moment I have a problem cause I have been victim of a fraud on feb 15 on my visa credit card, the one I generally use for casino and for security you locked my accouns . It seems they are going to be locked forever.
i do not want to tell you all the never ending story but I prefer you to have a look to my position and let me know why your position with me is like the one to have with who is trying to fraud you not a victim like I am.
At the same time I have hanging cashin you did not pay .
I will wait for your answer and i guess it is going to be fast and exhaustive cause it is a long time your support is saying they are going to contact me ........

I understand that if I post a claim I loose the possibility to ask "justice" to cds...Is it correct?
this is the reason for which I am not going into details but if you confirm to me how to act I'll follow your suggestions and explain the all situation with all the attached douments.

i sent two private messages to worldclub operator on the 9th of march and this morning.
the three casinos are : manhattan slots casino, clubworld euro casino and grande vegas casino.
I will wait maxd to answer to explain the matter cause i dont know the rules and cds looks like my last possibility.
anyway i'll shortly post as I have some news.

You will probably have to provide independent evidence of this fraud, perhaps from your bank or the police. The casinos will lock the accounts in case this fraud comes to bite them in the ass. They are likely to remain locked for some time until they are satisfied that the issue has been dealt with, and they are not out of pocket for your legitimate deposits.

Many rogue players make bogus claims that their cards have been exposed to fraud, and they do so to justify taking back money they lost fair and square to a casino. If done properly, the bank should only attempt to recover the fraudulent transactions, and not touch the ones you agree were legitimate. Since online casinos cannot verify what the banks are likely to do about this in the future, they may decide to apply a 6 month lock on the accounts in order to ensure they do not suffer loss from a delayed action by your card issuer.

You could also do this via the PAB process here if you don't make progress with the rep. CDS is generally a waste of time. Even if CDS rule in your favour, they cannot enforce it.

Fortunately, this is Club World, not Virtual Casinos, so you should get a fair hearing.

Leave out personal info eg name, username etc. and relay it to the reps only in the private messages (pm). It seems all you need is to pm the reps ie Tom of Club World and Yasmeen of Jackpot Capital (Grande Vegas). Both groups are accredited and known for their fairness to players though it is surprising that normal support from these groups havent solved the matter yet.

Anyway, welcome to the forum and I assure you that if your case is genuine these 2 groups will resolve it amicably. They are not accredited for no reason and imo its a far better choice to seek help here than CDS.

Cashouts (withdrawals) on a Friday will not be processed for 48 hours which will make it Tuesday before you will get a response from them (accounting). Patience is definitely needed here. The 9th of March was only Friday. If all is good, you should have your money within a few short days (ACH takes a week though once processed).

Withdrawals are not processed over the weekends. If you play at their casinos, you should be aware of this. I would start to worry if you have not seen any action (gone pending, etc) on your withdrawal by Tuesday. (I do not mean received )

That is news to me. Assuming there is any truth to it I'd say don't worry because the PAB process is private so your claim will not be posted in public, thus no conflict with CDS (if such a conflict exists). As it happens we have a very good channel of communication with CWC and should be able to see that issue resolved quickly.

March 9th was when the OP sent a PM to ClubWorld - NOT the date they requested their withdrawals!
It sounds like this issue has been going on for several weeks, or even months.

PAB is the best place to start IMO.

I quitted playing on line for a while..now I am back and found many differences respect years ago.
CWC looked to me a good group and I opened accounts with all their casinos where I play every week getting some bonuses or playing with my money( the way I prefer.....)
Anyway while I sit and wait for their answer thanks for the warm wellcome i got from you and other players.

Well, I do not want to say i am surprised cause i was sure for the all matter and about my reasons with both casinos.
What really pleased me was the capacity to quickly understand and resolve the problems from both the casino operators.
