In other words, blacklisted by Grand Prive. They are all related, even though they have all denied it. This is how they seem to know information about players that should be impossible to obtain legally. It is more than likely that Grand Prive have you marked down as a "bonus abuser" in their internal database, and this of course is shared between all their operations, even the disguised ones like Big Dollar, Mandarin Palace, Grand Eagle, etc.

Another thing that can happen with US players is that a processor will fail to obtain and pass on a deposit to the casino, even though the casino credits the money up front, and the player uses it. This can end up with the PLAYER being flagged for "chargeback" fraud, when it is really a case of the processor nicking the money, or the US banking system blocking the transaction, and it ending up with the DoJ in one of the many minor seizures that don't make headlines.

True third party databases only hold information related to fraud, so if the incident with English Harbour was related to them wrongly accusing you of fraud, it may NOT actually have been "cleared up", but rather "swept under the carpet" by English Harbour who decided to take the risk, but NOT "cleared up" on any third party databases used by processors.

Until you send documents, casinos use your registration information to run these checks. If there are any doubts they will ask for documents up front. This is actually a GOOD idea, and will work better if it became accepted as standard throughout the industry. It would prevent all the problems of players depositing and playing for some time, only to have their eventual winnings confiscated once the casino has seen and refused the documents after the first withdrawal.

You show from your post why operators say they will have so much trouble implementing this on their own, and need this to be done by mutual agreement throughout the industry.

If you think their service sucks after all this, DON'T PLAY THERE! Don't even give them the time of day, let alone your documents in order to BEG to be let in.

It's nearly all over in the US anyway, and I can't see Betonsoft casinos staying clear of DoJ action for much longer. The DoJ have already cleared out many of the major operators, and are now moving in on the rest. Rival have already been "leant on" sufficiently to stop taking on new players, and TopGame is pretty dodgy, even if individual casinos are better run than others.

Betonsoft would be great, but they seem to "have it in for you", and it is unlikely you will EVER be fully accepted by them as a genuine player. Even if they DO let you in, you will most likely find you are given a second class service because they don't really want you because of this "negative information". Confirming your ID is not going to make this negative information go away, nor any less negative.

Looks like you are right, refreshed the page and seen she just got to be a "banned user". I doubt very much that she will be allowed to play there anyway. Fraud WOULD be flagged on a processor level database, one that all casinos could see who use that same group of processors.

How are they extending credit? Are you speaking of a "bonus?" Everyone doesn't use bonuses...

IMO because if cc is used, the casinos are vulnerable to a chargeback. I think there is always a "credit" risk for casinos.

Grand Prive are rogued not because they are BetonSoft, it was for issues way prior to that. They are definitely a group you want to steer clear of.

As a derail....
As with real life, there will be people you will meet that you will just NOT like. Such will be forum life. You have several choices, 1) You will get along, 2) you won't get along and you will ignore each other or 3) you won't get along and postings become bashfests which derails threads and causes "vacations/timeouts" and gets threads closed.

Geez some of you need a chill pill, you read way to much into peoples posts and then attack for no reason.

With the grand prive issue, If they can run off with affiliates money what's to say they wont skip town with yours.

It's an issue of trust and integrity not how the casino is operating now.

I have played at all the BetonSoft casinos at one time or another. Have cashed out at several, one of which was Treasure Mile, on a free chip each time. That said, I don't remember sending any documents out of the ordinary, e.i. driver's license, utility bill etc. but it's been a while since I was verified so they could have changed verification processes. As for running credit checks, I can say that they didn't run one on me. I get my credit reports so I know who is looking. They could be running verification with Telecheck or something like that possibly instead of an actual credit check because whether or not you pay your bills on time would be none of their business.

Are they requesting out of the ordinary verification documents? If it is something you don't feel comfortable producing, then don't and write them off. If you really, really want to play there, then you will have to give them what they want.

You did come out "swinging" and overly harsh wording + the all CAPS doesn't start you off on the right foot.

I have only been playing at Treasure Mile for a short time simply as an alternative to Top Game and RTG, and Rival -- nice variety and change of pace.

I have a pending withdrawal and they have been informative and helpful. I feel "good" about the site and usually my radar goes up pretty quickly if there is a hint of a problem. I like the casino and think you should chill and just do as they ask. If you don't want to comply, then move on to another casino.

We have had many infrequent or new posters pop up lately just to trash one casino or another, it isn't pretentiousness, it's irritation IMO.

Quick to squeal -- wanting instant answers and trashing casinos irritate the heck out of me on these posts. So right or wrong, I didn't like your tone either.

Now having said that --- my advice FWIW -- is settle down, and wait and see what happens.

How can anyone read this forum and think the people are not good people? I continue to learn about how I should act when I read these posters and the many others here that are straight shooters and like to help people.

And Nifty may at times be a bit cranky, but he has been around almost from the beginning here. I know I would get a bit cranky sometimes after reading hundreds of the same gripes and same people that like to be belligerent. He does have feelings and does like to help people, too. I am proud to call him and the others above some of my friends here.

Casinos are entitled to do a credit check, if it's in their terms and conditons. But it's important to know that ever credit check done on you impacts your credit score. So don't just sign up for a new card at the mall for a free pen.

I actually think that casinos asking for documentation before depositing is some sign of integrety. Not that they will just take your money now and find a way to not pay you later.
