At Jackpot Factory, we have a "VIP Lounge" program designed to cater
to the exclusive needs of the VIP members of Jackpot Factory.

One of the many perks of Jackpot Factory's VIP Lounge is the
"VIP Lounge Casino" - a private gaming suite for our VIPs.
Membership is restricted to those who have acheived VIP status
at the Jackpot Factory.

I'm sorry to hear of the poor service people have had at
viploungecasino.com. Please be assured that this casino has
nothing to do with the Jackpot Factory or the VIP Lounge program
at Jackpot Factory.

This confusion just keeps on cropping up. The ROGUE "VIP Lounge" is an RTG casino, part of what is probably the most untrustworthy casino group we have ever seen (apart from the scammers, such as Ministering Angel).

The MICROGAMING "VIP Lounge" casino is part of the Jackpot Factory, but is only open to members of their "VIP Lounge".

There is also another casino, VIP Casino (Cryptologic), and a casino/sportsbook "vip.com", whose casinos are also RTG, but not considered rogue. Sometimes these can be confused with the rogue "VIP Lounge" RTG casino.

The moral of the story? If you are about to launch a casino, for goodness' sake, DON'T call it "VIP .........."

Well I spoke with Chris Deangelo on the Phone. As nice as he is still not one of these folks from VIP lounge can keep their word...I have been told on 4 occasions when the money would come and still no result...No apparent they might have a processor that jumped ship..leaving its largest client base from the US Without...

Allthough on further note I was givin $100 for my inconvience in my account
to play with ...GREAT right? Well what if I win will I not get paid on that money either? Mise well be monopoly moey.

Don't all casinos have a rule regarding bonuses and withdrawals? I can't find the VIP Lounge casino T&C's but most have a10x times rule or somesuch...don't they?

Hi silcnlayc.............The "rogue" lot of RTGs have been offering no max, no play bonuses of late (slots/keno only). Although as dbuuck01 said, what good is a great bonus generating a nice win IF YOU CAN'T WITHDRAW AND GET PAID?

FWIW, dbuuck did submit a PAB and under our "one free shot" policy (see below) I processed the thing and submitted it to the casino. That said it is a Rogue casino and I got exactly the response I expected: ziltch, nada, zippo, and zero. That's the way it goes with these types and we all know, or should know, not to expect much else from them.

The "one free shot" policy with the PABs means that your first one can be on any casino you like. We may not be able to do much with it, as in the case at hand, but it will be processed. Subsequent PABs will only be considered if they concern sites that are on the Accredited Casino or Accredited Poker lists.

In special cases like this we'll refer the OP on to services like RTG's player abuse center.

Chris DeAngelo is full of hot air!

He will promise anything you want, but it will NEVER happen. He will even apologise and be nice, and convince you that THIS time, he will get it sorted.

Eventually, you will find out this was all a ruse to delay your inevitable public rant about them, as these blight their good name when they appear on public forums.

Mystic was promised payment by aforementioned Chris DeAngelo for a $6000 random jackpot win about the same number of times you have.

This was nearly TWO YEARS AGO, and she is still waiting.......

They did concoct an excuse to avoid paying in the end, and had to scramble to remove evidence to the contrary in her account records - pity they weren't quite quick enough

If you lose overall, and look like a carefree and medium to heavy depositor, then YES, they WILL PAY, and pretty damn fast too, they want you to have the money ready to lose it back to them (and then some) when you get the next "amazing" offer

I received an email from VIP Lounge Casino at 11:59 a.m. today telling me of their "$1000 free No Deposit". When I registered and claimed my bonus via the cashier I received the message "bonus already claimed". I went to the Live Chat and was told by "Rueben" that the offer had expired! I had just received the email! I was given $100 instead.

Now I see there are many complaints regarding this casino. I am very glad I investigated them first!

I have always been paid by VIP but it has always
taken alot more than their advertised time. Be patient
I'm sure you'll get it.
