[ROGUE] BetRoyal issue

I didn't know about Casinomeister and your rogue casinos list until after I had deposited and 'won' at BetRoyal. I say 'won' because for 11 days I have been sending and resending my scanned forms and docs and they claim again and again to never receive them.

I will be doing a Central Disputes System claim tomorrow if I don't hear back from them.

I truly wish I would have known about the rogue list before going there.

I deposited $25 and hit the slots right over the course of 3 days and worked it up to $900 in winnings. I really hope to get my payout.

Any advice about how to best deal with BetRoyal will be much appreciated.

Chalk it up to a $25 lesson. Not that bad of way to learn one. Could have been worse.

Do they still have the "Where's my withdrawal" Button on their webpage? I always thought that was ironic.

Hi daddytommylee try sending your fax back documents individually as this is a reason sometimes why a casino cannot receive fax back documents.

Good luck on that cashout, and hopefully one less player at betroyal

Yup, Virtual Casino Group are right up there for the "King Rat" award. Count yourself lucky that it wasn't $250 or $2500. Like p-digger said, $25 is a cheap lesson.

Yes before i joined this site i got hit with same casino. I deposited got a email
said if you loose your deposit will match after gone 0 balance with a free chip got free chip rolled it over as terms stated. Now this was a free chip so you could only get back your 30 dollars. I had done wr and had 500 left hit 30 withdraw next i know they hit me with im a bonus abuser then after they took that statement back said sorry you have mulitple accounts. Next i know im locked out prob for the better and oh well down 30 could of been a lot worse and there is about 4 other casinos in that rogue pit i hit also before i landed here and ive had no probs with their list more then silly things to ask other users for help with.
GOOD LUCk i know its frustrating lets hope one of the guys can help you with this.

Okay, it is on the rogue list, but is there no way whatsoever to get your money. Cant Casinomeister help you?

My question is straight to the point:

Has ANYONE here ever been paid by BetRoyal? If so, was the payout in excess of the total deposits they have made to BetRoyal.

yes and yes. took 90+ days of pulling teeth. if it wasn't my biggest investment and biggest win ever at that time, i probably would have given up.

If you signed up through an affiliate, I'd be hitting them up for some help.

Just as an afterthought... I'm sick of affilates promoting scumbag casinos bearing no responsibility except to take their affiliate pay. Do these crap casinos pay their affiliates??
