I have registered at this place about a year ago and claimed some of their promotions. I won a big amount, about 6k euros, playing texas hold'em and respecting all the terms and conditions. Made a withdrawal and was asked for my documents. After sending them I was stalled forever, saying that my documents were not verified yet. I contacted Max and submitted a PAB. He started the process and contacted winpalace, they cooperated for a while but in the end they did not answer his emails anymore either. From there on Max said he couldn't do anything more and suggested to contact the Meister. After about 4 emails and 2 months he still did not answer me and they are still not in the rogue pit.

FTR: you had asked that they be Rogued and I said that such was Bryan's department, hence you should contact him.
 
The PAB was made so I can receive the winnings. You said they do not answer to your emails so there is nothing else you can do. And yes, the next step was to talk to Bryan, who did not answer to my emails to this day. Why aren't they in the Rogue Pit as I found so many stories on these forums where people complain.

I am sure Max did everything in his power to get the casino to communicate with him but probably they think that for $6k they dont care especially since their aff manager DanielG was booted from this forum. Max cannot rogue them directly as he is only the PAB guy though if he handles enough PABs from this casino and they dont respond Bryan is likely to consider this factor on deciding whether to rogue them. The prospect of throwing them into the rogue pit should not be used as a threat to coerce them to pay no matter how tempting it may seem to be. Rather, it should serve as a warning for others not to fall into a trap.

Not necessarily. If they dont respond to Max they just give up an opportunity to relay their part of the story. It does not mean you are right. IMO you are pushing things a bit too far.Bryan cannot and will not rogue a casino simply because you submitted a PAB and they didnt respond. He must be satisfied that they are really screwing players before making an informed decision and not just to satisfy one's personal agenda.

People complaining (including you) does not prove the casino has done anything wrong. There are bad players, just as there are bad casinos - in fact, I would say there are a LOT more bad players than bad casinos! At the moment we only have your side of the story.

CasinoMeister & Max can not help you here - they chose to kick the rep of the forum (unfairly IMO) and so it is not surprising that he will not cooperate with them.

You can e-mail him direct and try to sort this out: Daniel @ Affactive.com

Or, if you PM me your casino username I will even e-mail him for you and ask what the problem is. Of course, he would not be obliged to answer me at all, but if he does I would pass the answer back to you, or post here on his behalf since he is unable to.

Perhaps you have forgotten why the rep for Affactive had his account closed - he was seriously misrepresenting his business (among other things) and that called for the closure.

I would gladly reconsider reopening the account if the rep would communicate his desire to be upfront about Affactive and to not misrepresent his company.

@seraphim89 - I was out of town when you emailed me. I haven't caught up all the way. You're going to have to chalk this up as a lesson learned. You should not have played there to begin with - especially since you are in Europe. You have better casinos to chose from.

Did you at least get your deposit back?
 
Actually when I want to play at a new casino I usually come here and check the rogue list. There is no warning about this casino. You say I wasn't supposed to play there but how was I was I suppose to know I would be in trouble. I found out about the issues with this casino just after I had deposited. And no, did not get the deposit back either.

The Rogue list is not exhaustive - you ought to be checking the Accredited List instead.

From my past experience CDS is a waste of time.

It's common knowledge that the people that control the RTG servers are overseeing CDS. This has nothing to do with the OP's problem. If you want to start another thread about this - feel free to do so.

I'm sure there are some webmasters who are promoting these guys, the OP can enlist one of them to help. KK has already offered to assist.

What I wanted to point out is that is practically impossible for CDS to take impartial decisions considering that they are very well connected with RTG casinos/servers etc.

I don't see CDS as an authority for RTG casinos. In my eyes they are more like a family member and family members help each other.

Daniel replied that this player is "definitely fraudulent" and that his deposits were returned.
He said that also seraphim89 contacted him direct as well - so he should already know the final outcome.

Daniel did not come with a reply. Maybe he did not have the time to do it. And no, I was not told anything, nor was I paid back the deposits. I don't want just the deposits paid back but the winnings as well. I did send my documents at the time being, and I never got a reply from the casino nor was I asked for further documents. I was just told that the documents are pending review. So I don't understand why he would say what he said.

You gave the impression that at the very least your deposits should be returned. It seems this is not the case but WP's reputation has not been exactly stellar recently so maybe having your deposits returned is an option. I guess they are not going to budge.

before 1 week ago, casino royale24 have troubles with polish players, the group of Polish players comply not the Terms and wanted massive harm to the casino. man should certainly listen to both sides before judging it always.
 
It's been more than a week since I last heard from Daniel. He said that he checked my case and found fraud activity and that my account was closed and deposits returned. I tried to provide more document to prove I am not a fraud but he said the decision is final. At this point I asked him to tell me the dates when the deposits were paid back so I can send him the statement from my account in order to prove I wasn't paid back anything. Still have not heard anything from him since. If nothing else can be done, I would like at least my deposits back.

It takes them weeks to pay.legit players, so goodness knows how long fraudster refunds take.....maybe check around Christmas?

Why are you posting this after I told you in a PM a few days ago that Daniel admitted he had made a mistake and that your deposits had NOT been returned? :confused:

You can keep on posting until the cows come home, but no-one on this forum can help you any more than they already have.
The casino has stated they have concrete evidence that you are a fraud player and you must therefore suffer the consequences of that.
If you want to keep on pursuing it - the only way is with the casino directly yourself.

I do not really trust the OP but then Win Palace is not one to instil confidnce either. The fact that they had indicated the deposits were returned but in fact they werent illustrates this point. I believe at the very least Daniel should tell the OP what sort of fraudulent activities took place eg multiple accounts, chargebacks, false identity. This is different from accredited casinos where we have some faith that they are not using fraud as an excuse not to pay.

Seraphim, now that you have posted this openly Win Palace is likely to return your deposits pretty soon. If they dont they will need to expose the fraud in detail and this is what I would dearly love to see.
 
I still did not get any answer from Daniel and nor from Winpalace. Still no word about my deposits. There should be at least a warning about these guys.
 
I would like Win Palace to confirm through a one-off post (where permissable by Bryan) that the OP had committed fraud as it seems that this person is trying to use the forum to force the casino to pay his winnings and failing that to have his deposits back which leaves him in a no-lose position. If indeed fraud had taken place the casino could confiscate the deposit and I will have no qualms about it though it may need to spell out clearly what type of fraud took place.
 
To this day I was not emailed or paid anything (not even deposits back). Is there anything else I can do? I am sorry that the meister did not offer a solution to this, nor issue a warning for this casino.
