Thread: Accredited Circus Casino Not paying my 3.000€!!! Closed 2 times my account....

    Accredited Circus Casino Not paying my 3.000€!!! Closed 2 times my account....

    A few days ago I was searching for accredited casino in casinomeister and came around the Circus Casino /Genting. well I went and registred. I deposited some good amount of money there.

    after logging in I didnt see any bonuses so i went and played a few round of roullete and some slots and then still havnt got the bonus. So I contacted their chat and asked do I ever get a bonus?, They deposited my account with 100€ bonus .

    After that I played only on slots.
    I won some good amount of money on slots. Next day when i tried to log in to my account it was closed......
    I contacted them, they asked for ID, sent the ID's and they replied that account is open. Tried to login again then it got locked again....
    contacted again their live chat and they said sorry we sort it out so after few minutes it got opened. I got suspecious so asked their chat if my winnings are valid? And got the reply, not its voided because you played some excluded game..


    The point here is I deposited, havent got bonus automaticlly so I played few round of ruolette , some slots, still havnt got bonus, then after contacting their chat that despoited.

    "You will automatically be awarded the £1000 or $1000 or €1000 welcome bonus package upon opening a Player Account provided"

    I contacted them by email before openning this topic and asked if we can sort this out?

    got this reply:

    The Genting group is owned by Malaysian interests and owns land-based casinos in Asia and the Star Cruises ships. I didnt know they are involved in online gaming but if if were them they should be honest. Besides, they are accredited.

    Just want to do some update sorry before hand for double posting one after another. But want to keep the topic seperate.

    I play here and there For fun mostly, even when i win i seldome withdraw,I played on almost every Accredited Casino listed in Casinomeister and spen 10.000€ - 12.000€ on them sometimes winning sometimes loosing but never had problem with them, Except with CircusCasino and when some Casinos act like this it make you feel sick in gut!

    Now they claim they made an error... and fortified all my 3.000€...
