Thumbs down Club Player Casino not paying

Yet another casino in the Virtual Group that is banning players from the Netherlands. I played at their casino before they changed the T&C and deposited 200 and played there 300% sticky bonus and after wagering cashed out the max cashout..

After sending in all the documents I was told that players from the Netherlands weren't allowed to play with bonus money and that I wouldn't get my winnings, only my deposit would be refunded. When I check the T&C they did indeed change it and added the Netherlands to the country's that are excluded from bonus play.

I went into the Live Chat and spoke to the manager about this matter. She told me that there was a small group of people from the Netherlands "playing on a professional base"????? She accused me of being part of it and that I wouldn't need the bonuses because I was to smart?

I mean, very nice for her that she thinks that way but she can't prove anything and by the way, no matter how "smart" you are, you just have to be lucky to win in a casino. How can you be a professioanl player. I would just like to get paid my winnings, which I have the right to.

Anyone with good connections with this casino that can force them into actually paying? They have to pay me 2.000 dollars, not the 200 they want to pay me now (that was my deposit at this casino)...

I'm wondering what happened to the Virtual Group, the casino's of this group try to bend and fold themselves in every nearly impossible corner just to not have to pay winning players...

You are having an incredible run of bad luck...

Inside of about a month, one casino wouldn't pay because there was some issue with your name, then a casino wouldn't pay because your friend logged into your account and so they had IP issues (basically suggesting multiple accounts), and now a casino is voiding winnings because you're part of a netherlands professional group or bonus hunters?

I imagine this one will get sorted with time as well... good luck

Well I haven't heard anything from Casinomeister yet about Casino Extreme that was voiding my winnings because of my first name so that one hasn't been sorted out yet..

But I'm worried about Club Player, if I take a look at the SoV or Virtual Casino threads, that are part of the same group, I'm not sure if I will ever get my money back..

Casino Extreme + Club Player totals 4000 dollars of voided cashouts because of fraudulent activities within a casino. They don't have any proof on me but "think" that I am part of that group. Since when is thinking enough to void winnings and change things in your T&C. If lawcourts were like this then were would we be???

They haven't gotten back to me yet on this.

Question for ya, why are you playing at these casinos when you are aware of these risks of non-payment?

I wasn't aware of there bad payment, but got into trouble so I go onto another casino and allways I seem to get into trouble cashing out money. I figured that a big casino like Club Player would propably be better because since they are so big they wouldn't do that much trouble to void anything..

    Boy was I wrong..

    Same problem

    Hello,

I have exactly the same problem as Reynier. I played at Club Player at the 20th of March, met the wagering requirement and did an cash out request($970).

When I checked the status of my withdrawal(30 march) I noticed that there was a withdrawal of only $100(my deposit) approved.

I contacted the livechat and they told me that they voided my winnings because "I was banned in many RTG casino's". This is not true(I only have a account at a few RTG casino's) and none of them have banned me...

Then they told me that my winnings were voided because I'm from the Netherlands, and Dutch people are not allowed according to the terms. I played at the casino at the 20th-22th of march. Luckily I could find a Google cached page of the 29th of march and could find anything about that Duch people are not allowed. I mailed it to the manager but I did not get an response.

Later I contacted livechat again and explained my issue again, then they accused me again of something what was untrue. They told me that I was a "scammer" and "played professional"(?) and that's why they voided my winning.

So they accused me of many things(which were untrue) and they won't pay me the money I won. They are just stealing money by accusing people that they are "professional players".

Can you please do something about the criminal behavior of Club Player Casino and help us to get the money we deserve?

    Just wanted to chime in.
In alot of cases an established casino may only get from 1 to 10 brand new depositing players a day. When 8 of 10 come from the same place, it does send up red flags for a casino.
Awhile back i was at a casino who had 27 players from Washington State, over 6+ years. In a course of 36 hours I had 18 new players from Washington State that all played the same bonus , on the same game, and cashed out. But all claimed they were not associated in any way.
I am not suggesting this at all about this thread, just wanted to drop my thoughts.

You have a good point there. The reason that I started playing at Club Player was because I read a good review about the casino on a dutch public forum. Could this also have caused the idea of the casino that I'm part of some group? I have no idea how many people have read the specific thread but I can imagin a few people signing up like I did...

But I can only see that as a good thing for them, the more players the better for them right?? I guess I should do A LOT more research before I start playing at a casino... I would still highly appreciate it if someone could help me out here. I can't do another PAB since I allready did one for Casino Extreme and I don't think I'm allowed to do it again right?

In the future Rey , why not stick to the good RTG's ?
Inetbet would be an excellent choice .
I hope you get paid but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you .
