Yeah i was an hour or so in, and read posts about them not working ,and i had 2 rewards on tome , so i thought, hmm ill open one for now and see what happens, so i opened a 4 spins, and paid nothing , so ended up opening the second one which paid a few pennies, but worked fine. Rest of rewards i made once battles ended worked fine too. (even if the end result of the evening was aweful. lol).

Maybe the Duration was a typo in the email?

It is not the first time they got some of the info wrong is it lol

I am hoping they will be 8mins like all the recent battle weekends we had. They throttle them during peak times anyway I noticed.

But if they are 12 mins I might not even bother that means it will be less battles per hour when none spinners do not spin. Plus the added time at the end that can sometimes take a further 5-10 mins for the battle to end when it bugs out. Could mean we wait upto 20mins between battles.

I just hope that everyone spins fast so we get to join as many 10 and 30mans as possible and then we just have to hope that the system does not bug out and still make us wait until 12 mins elapsed even when all players played all their spins and everyone is on 0 spins left.
 
Well, they used 12 mins last thursday apparently on purpose.

If they want to cut from the players again, why bother the players when you could just shorten the duration of the battles.

Casino knows very well that the biggest annoying factor for players in the sit n go format is waiting.
 
Anyone else had any issues with VS customer service lately?

I had an unintentional duplicate account a few years ago that was never used, deposited on etc and my account has been deactivated two or three times because of it and told by VS that it's fine and they'd prevent it from happening again.

My account was deactivated again 2 weeks ago because my driving license expired and uploading ID again triggered them to deactivate my account for a duplicate account again.

This is fine usually as in the past they just fix the issue quickly but this time its been two weeks and even the staff on here are just ignoring me now.

Like what do you think the issue is here?
