Though this is significant in terms of gambling advertising, I doubt the loss of advertising with The Guardian will raise an eyebrow for gambling firms. It's all social media and streamers nowadays, anyway. Probably The Bandit and Co have more exposure than The Guardian.

I imagine The Guardian is way down the list of advertising options for casinos.

Well as one of the anti gambling lefties newspapers, it would rather be hypocritical for them to accept such adverts in return for cash.

As bamber stated, I am sure the gambling Companies will not be losing any sleep over it.

This article in The Guardian demonstrates how out of touch these people are and how little they know about the jurisdiction they serve.

Gerry Brett of gambleaware.org claims that a ban on the use of credit might benefit gamblers. As most of us know, the use of credit is already banned in the UK. Gerry talks of having six credit cards maxed out and his bank providing a £3,000 loan, even though he told them he didn't need that much.

Perhaps Gerry should brush up on his knowledge before making such irrelevant suggestions. Maybe the banks need looking into, rather than the odd person who clearly lacks discipline with six credit cards maxed out.
