reset years spend limit

hi never had this happen before. when i get asked for sow if they want something i dont agree to send them i just do nothing and ignore request. well one casino that i sent my tax return to and it did not arrive on there upload page asked me to send again which i did by email but missing from bottom of tax return was info so wanted me to send again. when i looked what was missing it had no bearing to them it was just info, so just forgot that casino. and today i get a text saying we,ve reset your annual spend limit so can now deposit and play again. i have ditched quite a few casinos asking for info and never had this happen.
