Hi everyone,
This is my first post so go easy!
As a rule I don't use bonuses as the wagering requirements are painful and its easier just playing with my own money. However a few weeks back I gave Mr Green a shot and took advantage of their 100% signup bonus, deposited 200 and received the bonus 200.
I subsequently lost 400 and deposited $1000 to play Blackjack. After playing for a while I checked my account only to discover I had $4,600 wagering requirement left. Confused I went on live chat to be told that even though I had lost the 400 I still had to meet the wagering requirements. I had made 500 on blackjack so had 1500 in my account. I was advised I would need to meet the requirements to withdraw the 1500, and of course Blackjack did not contribute towards that. I lost the $1500 trying to meet the wagering requirements and closed the account with Mr Green. I have never encountered this before where the requirements are enforced even after the funds are lost. There is no enticement to return and I am annoyed I wasted $1000 for nothing.
Do other casino's do this?
I for one will never go there, integrity is vital in this industry and in this instance Mr Green had none.
Cheers,
Justin.
