Hi everyone,

This is my first post so go easy!

As a rule I don't use bonuses as the wagering requirements are painful and its easier just playing with my own money. However a few weeks back I gave Mr Green a shot and took advantage of their 100% signup bonus, deposited 200 and received the bonus 200.

I subsequently lost 400 and deposited $1000 to play Blackjack. After playing for a while I checked my account only to discover I had $4,600 wagering requirement left. Confused I went on live chat to be told that even though I had lost the 400 I still had to meet the wagering requirements. I had made 500 on blackjack so had 1500 in my account. I was advised I would need to meet the requirements to withdraw the 1500, and of course Blackjack did not contribute towards that. I lost the $1500 trying to meet the wagering requirements and closed the account with Mr Green. I have never encountered this before where the requirements are enforced even after the funds are lost. There is no enticement to return and I am annoyed I wasted $1000 for nothing.

Do other casino's do this?

I for one will never go there, integrity is vital in this industry and in this instance Mr Green had none.

Cheers,
Justin.

the only reason this happens to be is because you have deposited without your balance hitting 0

if you have a positive balance if its less that 1 too the bonus will be brought forward

atleast you should have checked it right after the deposit and asked support to clear it

its hard to remove after you played ....

well what ever happened happened ... the only thing you could do is contact the rep andy here

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/34727/

if anything possible he will do it :)

next tim,e after a bonus with deposit always make sure you make it 0 where ever you play

As far as I am aware, the wagering requirement should have only applied to your bonus, but I may be corrected here.

Now that you have wagered all the money it is going to be very difficult to prove.

I would suggest dropping a PM to the rep for Mr Green, he was active on Friday so you should get a response fairly quickly.

the bonus is still active . when you deposited.. you would have needed to get your balance to 0 or cancelled the bonus before depositing..
far to many ways to be stung with casinos online its a joke

Thanks folks.

Yep, drop me a private message and I'll see what happened there and what can be done.
There should be a lower limit where your wagering disappears at least.

Give me a shout with your email address.

Cheers
Andy

Thats a fast track to lose a good depositor :(

Mrgreen Has been a great site since day one, Like people have pointed out always make sure you have 0 left in account and double cheek with CS,

Wager should of been a breeze if kept on slots, Also careful of the max bet rule ect,

I have a NOK0.05 Balance (not even €0.01), and it does keep me from zeroing out a bonus as you can't bet that low.
I suggest that bonus is canceled when going below 1 credit.

Did this case ever get solved? Thinking of signing-up at Mr Green...

It was not the casino that tried doing a player in, Its that what I can see is that they did not 0 out to lose there bonus wager b4 another deposit,

I personally not play there much, This is due to keep forgetting about them, Reason being as there good there is not many complaints, but they are a great casino and you have nothing to worry about, PLEASE read the rules if taking bonus, This goes to playing any site
