    please help me at this matter

    my user - 1737265ss

    i deposited 400 wager 2000 receive a bonus of 200 to play leave the money in the account for 30 per their terms, make a cash in and the bonus was removed

    i explained them that a casino has the right not to credit an account with the bonus but it is acceptable if it is before the wagering start, a casino can't can't advertise a bonus which you have to risk your money and u fulfilled all the wagering and then remove your bonus

    Hi Sabanzoo,

    5dimes (and their sister casinos) has a policy where they will yank bonuses and close accounts of people they deem "bonus hunters". There's not much you can do about it.

    Also, I am not arbitrating RTG complaints. My suggestion is to contact the portal responsible for referring you to this casino.

    I'm totally effed up. I had a brain fart and confused 5dimes (UG) with 5roses (RTG). (I thought I read Unified Gaming there somewhere).

    Anyway, you're still up shit creek without a paddle. Unified Gaming sites are notorious for not responding to any sort of arbitration attempts. You should have stuck with a reputable organization. UG casinos do NOT have a good record. I can still look into this though.

    This guy has posted all over the Internet by the looks of it, and there has been some interesting debate on the issue both for the player and for the casino, especially over at The Rx.

    A lot of it seems to hinge on this 30 day rule of the casino's where the bonus is tied up for that period. This player fulfilled all the wagering requirements and then left the bonus in the account as required for thirty days before trying to withdraw it.

    It looks as if the casino is now saying that the player is supposed to play (ie keep the account "active") during the thirty days...but there is some debate as to whether the T&Cs are sufficiently clear on the point.

    But you're right, Bryan - Unified Gaming even in their long-past heyday were always very difficult to deal with, and the casino manager here - Nicole - appears to be judge, jury and hangman in deciding that the complainant is a bonus hunter.
