Unfortunately I have to report that Winward Casino is once again about it's roguish ways. Some of you may recall that they were sent to the Rogue Pit a little less than one year ago. Some things changed, player relations improved ... but we're back to the same ol' same o' it seems. So, without further ado ...

Player Warning: once again Winward Casino is on the "not recommended" list.

Unfortunately this situation has not improved: the unresolved issues haven't budged in spite of the rep's promises to take care of things, and the rep has been AWOL from the site again for a few weeks now.

Sad to say but it looks like it's time to take things to the next level.
 
Ok, things have changed a little here.

First of all, thank you to the Winward rep for coming back, looking into things and assigning a staff person to be available to us and our membership. Her handle here is RGiants-Mo and she introduces herself here.

That said, the terms that Winward is using were soon spelled out to us and the sticking point seems to be this:
Whether or not the bonus is credited to the account the player will have to meet the wager requirements before submitting a cash out request.

So yes, you'll be bound by their 30x playthrough requirement the instant you deposit, whether bonuses are involved or not.

Mo suggests that this might change at some point in the future but for now it is what it is. I'm trying to get an email address where Winward players can send their thoughts on this.
