Yea, you should definitely talk to one of them Nash and see if they will just flush it for you so there is no chance of you losing it back...I got to say though that is some F@#%$d up terms there. If nothing else Nash you could always uninstall the casino and just forget about it until time to cash out again...I'd just hate to see you lose that amount back to them...

Basically what the CS reps implied, no check that, actually it was expressed! This is also why I (and I hope others) remain open-minded until the TIV rep and/or RobRival addresses the situation as I agree Tim that the CSR's may have been dealing with an issue/situation (to my surprise) that they had little or no experience with.

Just a quick comment about those, we are offering high roller slots when we typically don't have as many high rollers so I am looking at this now and I will listen to the feedback. I can either reduce some of the slot limits so they are not high where at this moment the max win on Scary Rich is actually $500,000. We tend to do better with the loyal players so to speak so I don't think we should have very high limits with withdrawal limits that get in the way of a big win. I think in the next year we can change this as we grow and probably get progressive slots as well. In the meantime I think I can at least review the $8000 monthly limit.

yeah I love when that happens - earlier I hit the bonus round during free spins on Fantasy Fortune and got a little money to play with. Usually they give me a $20 freebie and it's gone really fast. Kinda like my deposits usually too!

After making a withdrawal, I continue to play (so much that I almost have $1000 in comp dollars still to be redeemed)...This was the first time I played Scary Rich (after seeing Chayton's great screenie above)....After approx. 20 spins, I just hit the bottom row jackpots.....Look foward to hopefully getting to see a bonus round later with hopefully some expanding wilds as well as getting familiar with this game!
