I don't play for fun and never take bonuses as it just complicates things.

I don't think you can avoid the bonuses here, except for the deposit related ones. Refusing the deposit bonus makes sense as it encumbers you with a 45x WR on the video poker, but you can let the others just sit in the bonus account, and have a go when no money is in the real account. I have been caught out once when they ran the thanksgiving 50% match and I got a bonus without realising it was related to a deposit I had made as I also had a Wheel of Cash at the same time. At the time though, their T & C were reasonable, so I accepted all the 50% matches available. However, I digress - I have now had 4 deuces twice on exchange after the pat royal, followed by a pat 5 of a kind and a pat 4 Jacks in Aces & Faces - I seem to have opened a 'lucky' account there! I will surely pay for this run in due course!

The most stupid part is that they refused to flush it and get it into my neteller asap. Now it will sitt until tomorrow and not be handled until Monday.
I have a rule that once cashed out I don't go back until the casino pays. In the mean time I have won 3k at one casino and lost 5k at another, it was Nostalgias turn to have my business but I won't be going back there again.

When I withdrew my pat Royal I found there was a 10,000 per week limit (although special arrangements exist for big progressive wins!). Disappointing they will not flush to catch the Thursday midnight run though, leaving you to wait till Monday for the money, I find that Phoenician is slightly faster than the others though, and I have often had a Tuesday cash-in paid on Friday rather than the following Monday as per the other 5.
There is currently little point in being VIP at present, as I have had not a single VIP special since the new year, and that was a 50% match which would be a lot less attractive now! You can at least vent your spleen on message of the day and enter comments for the lucky $500 drawing - they may even be considering placing these types of prizes in the Real account now, rather than the bonus account as before.
