That's all from me mrsddc!

Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?
Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
If you played with a bonus, OR your total bonuses over the life of the account are not less than total deposits, you will find a sneaky max cash-in term will limit the amount you can get back (even if the current deposit was without any bonus). You should contact their support and get confirmation IN WRITING whether you are currently subject to a max cash-in on the account, and if so, what it is.
Once you request a withdrawal, it is too late to mitigate against this crafty term.
Earlier, a player at Palace of Chance (same dodgy group) fell for this, won a 6K RJ and was limited to $250 even though the deposit that lead to the RJ was without a bonus.

Full Sails - before we get raided ourselves.
What a f'ing racket. It's pathertic that someone could play without a bonus and have a max cashout of $250. And RTG has no problems with their operators as long as they get paid. Way to go RTG. Please keep us posted on the withdrawal process. Very nice RJ win mrsddc. Congrats!
Was getting creamed, so said f'it and doubled my bonus win of T$400+
Crazy, or too much Mt. Dew? You decide![]()

Well this is not a big winner, but a screenshot which I think is interesting, and I don't want to open a new thread for it, so I put it here.
The player got two aces, the dealer showed an ace after the peek, so the player splitted the aces, and got the best possible cards. What happened after, can be seen on the shot. The dealer received five additional aces in a row for a total of 6/16, then three additional cards until busting.
What is really interesting, in fact 8 cards from the first 10 cards were aces. With an infinite deck, the odds of receiving at most two non-aces from ten cards is less than 1:20884856, around 1 in 21 million. But it was a 6-deck BJ, so the chance is even significantly smaller as removing every single ace from the deck decreases the chance of receiving another ace, and the infinite deck doesn't consider that. (i.e. the chance for the 8th ace using an infinite deck is 4/52, while the chance for the 8th ace was only 17/323 in this case).
So you can see a BJ screenshot here for which you are expected to play more than 21 million hands, should you want to see it again.![]()
