Only quibble though is that I'm being charged processing fees for Neteller withdrawals. I've never experienced that elsewhere. Don't want to sound greedy as I'm lucky to have won, but charging for Neteller withdrawals is unusual, isn't it?

Indeed! Only seen it before at the Cryptos. A little unwise too, as the vast majority of casinos do NOT charge for eWallet withdrawals as it is all done electronically. There is generally a charge for cheques though, as these have to be printed out and posted. Not all casinos charge for cheques, and here in the UK I find they only take around 3 days to arrive - other countries seem to take far longer, some players say it is about a month (not including the USA, where it could take forever).

I take it back - Enzo has waived the withdrawal fees on my account: he says they only impose them when people stack up lots of small withdrawals because Neteller charges them each time.

So he grouped my withdrawals into one and waived the fees. Very kind - customer service like I've never experienced at any other casino!
