    $100 a HAND? So that would have been 4000 $20 coins...$80,000? Woah.

Crystal Palace - Free chip for Aztec's Treasure, the outcome.

    Come on!!!!!
    What were we expecting, miracles!
Note the imprecise waffly non-excuse! - No information actually requested, and no definition of what, if any, term was not fulfilled!

Perhaps I had a balance of 0.0000001 of a cent and was disqualified! Perhaps I'll never know.

This is why this casino was in the rogues gallery - just imagine if I had been stupid enough to have a go at one of those silly $16,000 bonuses!

    --------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for playing with Crystal Palace Casino.

Please note that your recent NETeller withdrawal request has not been processed.

This may be as a result of promotional terms and conditions not being met, or our accounts department requiring further information.

Should you require any further assistance or information, do not hesitate to contact our friendly 24/7 Support.

    Best regards,
    Oliver Curran
    Customer Relations Manager
    Crystal Palace Casino

    ---------------------------------------
    New betting opened.

Evens Favourite - I am never asked for further information.
3/1 - I am asked for ID, but still don't get paid
100/1 - I am asked for ID and get paid!
10000/1 - They screw up and pay it into my Neteller anyway
1000000000/1 - I deposit my own money in Crystal Palace Casino after this little episode!

    NOTE:-
With Crystal Palace now effectively 'on probation' I will allow them a 7 day cooling off period to see whether they really do ask for information, or give a verifiable reason for declining the withdrawal. I have met all the T & C in the PERSONAL E-mail invitation for this. It may be the E-mail was a standard machine generated one (it did come on a Sunday), but signing it with the name of the CEO can look like it is a personal intervention. I will then add to Casino Complaints thread.

Depends on whether zman was playing 4-hand VP or 1-hand VP. If 4-hand (which i suspect as most casinos wont let you go that high a stake on 1 hand) it would be $20k

    Good month

I had a great month at 32Red and INetBet -- pretty much the only casinos I play at anymore -- fast, reliable payouts.

It all started with the Royal I posted above from 32, then they fell like dominoes!

Yes, I put a lot of this back, but ended up cashing in over $10K at 32 and $4K at INetBet.

It took me a while to get these up here. You see, I've been busy.
    Lurking for fun and profit.

    actually:

47 cards left in the deck

    1 deuce.

Chance of 4 deuces = 1- chance (not 4 deuces)

    so

    chance for each hand is:

    1 - (46/47 * 45/46) = 1 - 45/47 = 2/47 = 0.04255

So your return is either a guaranteed 225 per hand, or

    0.0425 * 1250 = 58
    +
probability of pair in remaining cards (giving 5-of-a-kind) * 75
    = (40/47 (not k, j, 2) * 3/46) + (2 * 3/47 * 2/46) *75 = 0.06106 * 75 = 4.58
    +
    probability of two suited cards spread no more than 4 (giving straight flush) * 45 (roughly 1/13) = 1/13 * 45 = 3.46
    +
    probability of not getting one of the hands above (giving a guaranteed 4-of-a-kind) * 20 = .82 * 20 = 16.4

So you lose 142 coins by tossing the KQ. And given that this is 4-play, that's 568 coins - which would be a $284 mistake.

You can simply use the "analyze" feature. The wild royal has a guaranteed value of 225 coins on each line, whereas the expected value of holding the 3 deuces is only 84.75 coins/line.

I would've definitely chucked the KQ and just held the deuces. Not because of any great mathematics or probability, but because I'm a crazy reckless fool!

I'm starting to realise why casino's like me.
