Actually, I think it was a bonus (maybe a Birthday bonus?) as it was in teh Sportsbook account rather than my casino account and I don't do sports. Just a guess.

Ah fercryinoutloud. Now I see they have a max 2x cashout on free chips. These guys... They still owe me a$100 free chip, but why bother? You have to bust your ass. Their support has dried up (email and live chat, haven't tried the phone) My bad, non-accreditated RTG with 'byzantine' bonus rules. But those five thingies are kinda purty, huh?
