Well... there was still a wee bit of luck left in the tank.

I decided to take "Vegas Splendido" up on their initial deposit bonus, and even before I was credited with a bonus, I took it up to the $600 range.

Here's a couple shots from that session (nothing you haven't seen at least a hundred times before in the "Winner Screenshots" archives... but who cares)...

And although this isn't a big win, it's a lovely screenshot to close-out the weekend (for me that is) and think about the endless posibilities of how many "Idols" I can keep accumulating during that "Free Spin" session.

Unfortunately I was betting the minimum of $5 when I got the royal. The ante paid 100-1 and the call paid even money so I made $510.

yeah I was trying to work out how you win that - I'm assuming its if you get the 5 cards dealt pat? In which case MG's "Progressive Poker Ride" woould probably be a better bet as it starts high and always seem to be over $100k. Guess the smaller wins might be less though.

Yep.....notice "on the flop" on the progressive payout chart

Yes, you would need to have the royal flush on the flop to win the jackpot. This means the jackpot would need to be over $200,000 to be worth playing. The bonus I was playing also had a max cashout of $4000 so playing the progressive would have been all the less worth it.
