I guess it probably depends on the image...I was trying that the other day and my first upload using it changed it to like 633 X 475Every time I've used it, it has....and the image is 880x654 originally....
Either way though it still makes it within the right range...
What does confuse me now though is how some folks are still able to upload those screenshots that stretch the width of the page...
