    Lucky Creek Casino..FRAUD!!

Last week on the 10th of Sept I received an email from the above casino saying I had 15 free spins in a new game Lucky Leprechan (sp) I played and built the money up then switched games and within a few hours had it at $525.00!. I went to CS who told me I completed the playthrough and the max out was $500 but I had to forfeit the bonus of $10.00.
I did as they said, they then asked for a faxed copy of my ID and a copy of a recent utility bill..I faxed both..and faxed..and faxed..and faxed!
The copies were either to light or to dark, last 2 attempts I even enlarged the ID to 4x6 then sent it.
AGAIN the damn copy was not clear..at this point after going through this BS for 1 week I give up, I guess I should have known better.
Bottom line..if you get an invite from them just delete it..or don't count on getting any "free money" from them.

Have you perhaps tried getting an email address to send your documents through to?

I do thank you and Nate for your suggestion, but let me explain. I'm a senior lady with very poor vision, that's the main reason I play on line..when I go to a casino I have a very hard time trying to see the slot machines, at home I have the computer within inches of me to see better.
I also don't have a scanner, and to be honest wouldn't know or be able to see how to use one if I did.
I'm not trying to give anyone a sob story, honestly. And I still believe they are just refusing to give me the winnings I earned on free spins, to my knowledge sending a fax doesn't make something lighter or darker..it's just BS..those copies were perfectly clear, especially the 4x6.

As one senior gal to another, although I don't feel like a senior, yet , if you are going to continue playing online for the ease of seeing the screen, you should invest in a printer scanner. It is very simple to hook up to your computer and load it.

Then all you would have to do is print out auth forms, fill them out and sign them, place them on the scanner and make a copy, that is saved in your picture file documents.

Mine will have, get copy from printer when I have a document on the scanner, simply click on that and it will make a copy and save it to your file. Then you can email the copies until they cry stop!!!! You can customize the copies before sending and opt for sending them full sized, I like to do that, then they can't say they can't see them

This way, you don't have to go to a place to fax them and then go home to check to see if they got them, then go back to a place to refax them, then go home to check to see if they got them again, get my meaning....

So if I as a novice on the pc can do it, you can to and if you have a problem there is always some one that can help, be it a friend or family member or a multitude of knowledgeable people right here on the forum.

Printer/scanners are very inexpensive and you will be surprised at just how much easier it makes things for you, even beyond just using it for the casinos.

Until you get a scanner yourself , you could also ask a friend with a scanner...or even take your docs to a friendly librarian. Have them scan the docs, save them as pictures, and send them to you in an email. You can then open the email and save the attachments as pictures on your computer.

When you get your own copier, you don't need anything fancy-schmancy. Just a bare bones scanner/copier...and they're dirt cheep and crazy easy to use.

Hi! You might be able to take your stuff to an office supply store or Kinkos and request some assistance. Maybe someone can scan you some copies and burn to a disc for you. Just a suggestion. I'd help you myself if we lived in the same town. Good luck!

I understand exactly what you are saying ..I too have in the past sworn that the document scanning/fax / whatever...is just B.S. and a way to ,at the very least , stall on the payout of winnings....
BUT all you can do is comply with the "procedure" and keep your fingers crossed ...I had a win at silver dollar on a free chip and I DID get my money ...but , I have my documents scanned and saved on my computer ...so I did NOT have any issue with that...
so maybe you could try what others have suggested and go to kinko's , office depot, staples etc ... and get them scanned and sent then go from there....
IF you still have a problem ...then you can come back here and PAB and see if that will work.
    GOOD LUCK
    Volt

    P.S.
MG and 3dice don't ask for documents ...ever .....
SO there must be other ways for proof of Identity or else these guys would ask for proof also..

I wish we could get past this or at least come to a sensible solution on the proof of identity issue across the board..

Actually for the US player, some of the US MG's do require docs. CasinoShareUS never asked me for docs, but CasinoUS did. So some will and some won't.

But Voltage has the best idea, play where you don't have to send docs.
