The casino rep came out to meet me a little over a week ago, and he has agreed to honor the probation requirements - with a 60 day probation period. Any current or previous issues need to be resolved in a fair manner. Most of their issues in the past had to do with being non-communicative - the current rep has promised to rectify this.

7. BONUS SEEKER
7.1.A user can use the promotions only if his/her last transaction with our services is a deposit. If a user starts to withdraw cash from his/her account, Casino770 reserves the right to block the user from receiving promotions or bonuses. Casino770 would like to remind users that promotions, cancelled withdrawals and bonuses do not count as deposits.

So if I make a withdrawal, do I risk being labelled a "bonus seeker"?



7.2. All abusive and repetitive use of promotions offered by Casino770 during deposits (including but not limited to our partners' promotions for payments, our certificates and reward certificates) by depositing only a minimum amount in order to play with the bonus can bring Casino770, at its sole discretion, to label the user as a "Bonus Seeker", or to block him/her and to cancel his user account and any transactions associated with it.

Could you give us a clear definition of the phrase in bold please?

Usually a bonus seeker is someone that takes (almost exclusively) advantage of the bonus offers and uses multiple accounts, same ip, fake personal details, phone numbers etc...

When this player will proceed on a withdrawal request, the financial department will check his record in order to see if any kind of fraud had been commited. I don’t know exactly the procedure that our anti-fraud department follows, but this is the general idea. Obviously the specific department will have a complicated strategy in order to find out who made a fraud. So if this player commited any kind of fraud in order to take advantage of these promotions that would multiply his chances to win, then we would label him as bonus seeker and we would follow all the necessary measures to prevent him playing again on our site.

But this happens only to the real ‘’bonus seekers’’. A normal player, doesn’t have anything to fear about. All the players who don’t commit any kind of ‘’fraud’’ they can enjoy our promos. This is the reason we make them in any case 

Regarding your second question, its something...further to the first paragraph and means that a player must not use more than one bonus per day, unless if he received some special offer from us. Its normal someone to do it one / two times (its a way of speaking....) but its not normal this to happens extremely often. To give you an example on that. Sometimes we send to players some special bonus offers / codes through newsletters/sms/phones etc... If a player that doesn’t receive this email/phone/sms, finds out (somehow....) the bonus code and uses it without meant to do it, then this would be a reason to label him as bonus seeker.

Be reassured though, that none is labelled as bonus seeker without a reason  But even in the case that our CS and Financial department would ever make a mistake, i am always here to solve the situation and have a personal look on the issue. But i am quite sure though, that even with a direct communication with the CS and the providing of the ‘’evidences’’ the problem would be solved quickly.

I know that some times the TC are confusing. The legal departments try to include many cases inside them, as things in online gaming move quite fast. But somewhere....''in the middle'' is the Customer Support service and the reason of its existence its exactly to solve any situations that might affect players.

Unfortunately I cant have full knowledge of these issues. Neither I know the people were in some roles back then.

The only thing I can currently guarantee is that all these incidents will not take place again or at least will be handled with an approach that will solve them the soonest possible

For the sake of those that can play your software I do hope you will keep your word and not play tricks on them. There have been some others like Rushmore and IMHO Tropica who have tried to dupe us into believing they have turned over a new leaf. I hope you are not one of them.

I was pm'ed by an owner of Tropica to elaborate on my comment on them duping others to believe they have turned over a new leaf. About 3 years ago they seemed to be an honest Rival but it turned out that they couldnt even pay out pennies. After a brief absence they came back on board(not accredited but made presence) and seemed to befriend all players. With the issues listed at another thread turning nasty the rep seemed to think he can vent his rage at others and doesn't even feel ashamed to do so. Such a lack of respect for members is just not on and I have serious doubts they are about to turn a new leaf. So don't just ask me why - prove it by actions please.

For everything comes to my attention, I approach it and solve it accordingly

When a player has the right on its side, I will be also on its side. (As far as I can and as far as my role allows it, but I believe you understand what I mean)

That's why I always suggest to the players to read/record/respect the TC

When this happens it makes my job easier, because I can go to the appropriate department and "blame" it for any issue or mistake that happened. And in this case, if the mistake it's ours, we also have to pay it. But even for more complicated issues, that involve problems that can't be faced internally only, I will again "dig" in order to find out what's happening and see what can be done.

Common sense and clear words make always things better

I was trying to find out if your bonuses are cashable or phantom (some say "sticky"), but after about 10 minutes going cross-eyed I could not find the info anywhere and gave up.
Please can you advise which type they are, and where exactly in your T&Cs this is stated?

On the page for first deposit bonus it does not say anything about cashable or phantom, it should be there. The player have to know this before they signup. It's a big difference.

Only the winnings from the bonus (and not the bonus itself) can be cashed out.
Before the player can cash out their winnings, they must first deposit a minimum of £30.
Its the same TC that apply for 10 free no-deposit bonus , same for all welcome bonuses, with the relative playthroughs (x30) and tc.
Unless, if you receive another special offer with its own tc.

Shame it's phantom, but not unexpected as the majority of other Playtechs have poor bonuses too.

In my eyes every casino that is willing to clear up old mistakes and take care of new ones deserves a chance.
Konstantinos is here and I don't think we should judge him before anything happens again. He will have a hard work anyway :)

This is not about being accredited. It's about getting out from the rogue side, so I say it's a good thing.
 
tried to register today, nothing like an excuse to test stuff :) but still havent received a confirmation email to verify the account, have tried resending it 2 times and then gave up, im aware it asks you to contact cs to manually enable it, but as a new player with near unlimited choice on where to play, im really not going to be chasing cs to play there, in fact if the sign up process isnt smooth it dosent fill me with confidence that more important things like deposits and withdrawals are either.

and yes junk folders/spam checked :)

I suppose the mail will get to you in a couple of hours

These mails are automated , sometimes end to spam folder, sometimes delay a lot due to the reason I explained previously.

It doesn't have anything to do with deposits or withdrawals :)

Went to Casino770 web site was willing to give a try but unfortunately they don't appear to be US friend. Would have gladly given it a try. Let me know if that changes.

I wouldn't be holding my breath if I were you!
It's not the casino's choice, it's the software provider, Playtech. They were one of the first to pull out of the USA after Mr. George W Bush did the dirty deed, and I would expect them to be one of the last back in, if the situation ever changes, which personally, I seriously doubt. :(

actually Casino770 is now an iSoftbet casino, while some games are provided by IGT and Leander as well

But KasinoKing has right on this, as i don't believe neither that in the very near future we will accept US players :(

as everybody, though, we hope this situation finally...some day...to change :)

I have some questions before i try :)

1.) How long do cashouts take to Skrill?
2.) Is there a flushing option?
3.) Do you pay on weekends?
4.) Is there a possiblity to "pre-verify" the account by sending in documents?
5.) Are there maximum amounts to be cashed out in a defined period?

Maybe you got me wrong...

1.) By pre-verification i just meant, if i'm registered at your casino. Can i verify (by sending in needed documents) already before i have a cashout? I always do that, so that if i make to a cashout it will be handled in the usual timeframe and not delayed just because a casino can take 2 weeks to verify documents...

2.) Here i just meant if there is a maximum amount that can be withdrawed at your casino (Example: Only 10'000$ per Month) or whatever... Not that i will probably make that much but i like to know these things in case i hit a Jackpot one day :)

It seems that i'm having the same problems like some other gamblers... Registration mail doesn't arrive in my inbox, tried to resend it 3 times, whitelisted *@casino770.com in my spamfilter, still nothing... How long does it take? Waiting now for 15 minutes... Usually everything arrives just fine immediately, never didn't receive mails from a casino :) Even a lot of SPAM gets through... Can you please doublecheck if your Mailserver is running correctly?

But it's a setting with your casino though... Because right now i "whitelisted" @casino770.com, so if these e-mail are coming from casino770.com they will reach my inbox. But they don't. I work as an IT Specialist, i know how to setup my spamfilters exactly, so right now there are 3 options why these e-mails don't arrive.

1.) They are not sent from an address [email protected] -> Can you check from what address these e-mails will be sent out to members?

2.) It takes a couple of hours until your Mailserver sends them out? -> Maybe you can check too.

3.) The Mailserver is just down.

It's a big problem though because at your casino i can't login before my e-mail get's verified and even if i resend it nothing in my inbox.

So please check and tell me how to proceed.

So it IS a problem with the automatic mailservices on your website, it surprises that nobody knows whats going on... If the customer support can send me an e-mail but not the system somebody in the tech department should have worked on this already no? I mean people can't register, that's quite a big thing :)

well i don't know if it was really "manually". She just said she looks into this, and then she said "Now you should have received the mail" and then it popped up in my inbox. When i made my first deposit, i also received the e-mail then with the deposit confirmation, so now all looks good. I really like the games :)

Oh my goodness!!!

You, I gave Casino770 a chance and basically registered there. After less than 10 minutes, I noticed that I have to send a verification ID to the casino and I did just that. The website says that everything should be processed within 24 hours but till now it has already been more than 48 hours with just a small confirmation that they have received and forwarded the Verification ID to the appropriate department.

If this is the kind of verification process and promises that I am going to get from this place, I just wonder how long will the Withdrawal process be taking. Said 1-2 days but I'm guessing that it would most probably be like 4-8 days.

Verification is already double or more the time promised so if you take this into account, multiply it by the same amount of time needed for withdrawal, 4-8 days is not too much off from the time frame.
