And the answer is that they have no opportunity to enforce payment within Norway for Norwegian customers.

We have a very clear (and old) law from 1902 regarding gambling debt in Norway:

- It is illegal to grant somebody credit for gambling purposes
- Collection agencies are not allowed to collect gambling debt
- Debt who comes from gambling (if it has been given despite the law) is not valid and the person who has been given this credit is not responsible for this debt.

We have had many cases in Norway regarding this law, mostly about players with credit card debt. And the players have always won in cases where banks have approved MCC 7995 transactions.

I see that Vera & John is licensed in Costa Rica. Yeah.
