    Cashing out

    Hello,

I am new here and I have a question.
I was playing at Casino del rio powered by Playtech and requested a withdrawal. First time I received the withdrawal after 6 days: 4 pending days and 2 days for transferring to Entropay. But now it is already 11 days and no sign of money in Entropay account, but in Casino account it is shown as approved.
    Why it is so?

    Thanks for answering

Sorry, I can't help you because I don't play at this casino and not have many info about this.
But I can ask you this: I understand you received first time payment in 6 days ( 4 pending days!!!!).. Why you don't play at Bet365, Centrebet, Betfred casinos and receive payments in few hours (max 24h)??? Or you prefer to wait?
What say Casino del Rio support about your cashout?

the casino support says, that to get money to entropay account migth take up 14 business days. And they are responding on my requests, telling I have to wait... In casino transaction history they are shown as approved and be creditted to my entropay account...
It is 2k dollars, so I would like to get them

I don't want to talk about this, because I never played there and not have many info. I searched in Casinomeister and I saw it's not in Rogue Pit it's only in "No Can Do" List.
You get your first payment, probably you will get this payment too...

@wildcat: I see that you've also posed your question in the middle of someone else's thread (since moved here). I realise you probably weren't aware of it but that is called "hijacking" and is not a good idea. Neither is cross-posting: posting the same thing in multiple places on the forum. Please refer to the Forum Rules:
    ...
1.2 - No "cross posting". In other words, do not post the same message to more than one thread or topic section. Cross postings will be deleted and posting privileges may be suspended for doing so.
    ...
1.15 - Do not hijack threads. If you have something to say - say it, but please respect the other members by keeping threads "on track". If you have an issue that needs addressing, then please start another thread. Hijacking threads for your own agenda is not only rude, it is troll-like and can lead to a suspension.
No harm done, but please remember for next time.

    Hey wildcat

I have not used this casino, but I would advise you to consider what leonardo99 said. Maybe it would be better to use a Playtech casino that are listed in the accredited section here on Casinomeister. They are safe and usually pays fast. I don`t think that any of the accredited Playtech casinos pratice the "standard" 4 days pending period (we recently had a discussion about this regarding Omni casino, but it turned out OK).

Don`t know about Entropay, but in sounds a bit unnecessary with 14 business days

Hope you will get your money, please keep us updated
