Had to bump this. Both KK and maphesto were right, we will never get an answer and everyone seem to have forgotten this.

One can only hope that all affected players were reimbursed without having to jump through hoops.

I think it is more likely that only players who noticed the incorrect payout and complained (like me) were reimbursed. So the lesson is: always watch the payouts closely when you play!

But the error was easy to spot so those playing should have noticed it. But then again you were the only one reporting it.

So who knows? Well Microgaming could check as they store all the game logs. Not likely that they would bother tough.

I have asked Path at 32RED to look at it and he hasn't answered my last message yet BUT he told me that at 32RED it was only one player affected.

Well it affected me and I think I got a small amount back due to it. Did it affect anyone else at 32red then ?
