I really wish that Software Providers would address some issue on the forum once in awhile. They really need to come down to earth and talk to the little people occasionally.
Or if software providers are to high and mighty to talk to the people that support their services, then why couldn't they at least submit surveys to forums for the players to be allowed to give some feedback?
