However - you can always ask support to remove the bonus and they will do right away.
I do not get the "POINT" of even doing this. Why FORCE a bonus on a player unknowingly. I have always resented this casino practice and have stopped playing at all casinos that do this including yours ( a long time ago)

It is most irritating to have to ASK for this bonus to be removed if one even notices it during play.

    Bad, Bad, procedure IMO.
you can withdraw the real money part of your account at any time
What happens if you somehow are playing with the BONUS money , not realizing you have no money left and hit a good one?

I had that happen at another casino (JUST ONCE is all it took) because I found I was not looking at my balance (who does?) and the bonus was "tossed" into the mix of things and I continued play and found out that I was into the "Bonus" money when I went to withdraw...and had a playthrough to play out...all I could think of was...Are all nuts?? I didn't take no bonus...but they showed me where they "plopped" it.....very underhanded and definitely a deceitful practice, again, only IMO! AND they were and they were accredited to boot...huurummpphhh~~~

I understand your concern - but why not regard the Bonus Money as what it is: a Bonus?

Here is how our Bonus works:
Let's say you deposit 100 EUR and get 20% - You have a total of 120 EUR of which 100 EUR is your real money and 20 EUR is Bonus Money.
    You play.
    A couple of scenarios:

    1. You play yourself up to 320 EUR (without losing much in between) - you have not yet fulfilled the playthrough requirement and you decide to cash out: You get 300 EUR and 20 EUR Bonus money are forfeited. Fair enough?

    2. You play and lose 100 EUR - so you are down to 20 EUR - without having fulfilled the playtrough requirement. So you only got bonus money left. At this point you can't withdraw anything. Until you have in fact fulfilled the playthrough.

    3. You play and lose 100 EUR - you are down to 20 EUR -playthrough not yet met. Then you play up to 100 EUR - still playthrough not met. Yes you can not withdraw at this moment because it is all Bonus Money in your account. In my opinion: also fair as you were playing with Bonus money only at the time you were winning again.

I don't really see what is bad about our type of bonus. It doesn't hurt anybody and if you really don't want it contact support.
We can also give you an acount that is blocked for all bonuses - so you never get a bonus at all - just send us a short E-Mail with you Account number requesting a "Bonus refuser Account".

I understand your concern - but why not regard the Bonus Money as what it is: a Bonus?
It's easier to play where you know what you are getting without the trouble of going through hoops to enjoy your monies. It is not "just a bonus" It is like a wart on a finger...you can either try to ignore it (tuff one here) or pick at it (definitely the option chosen by many with regret) or never CATCH it....
just send us a short E-Mail with you Account number requesting a "Bonus refuser Account".
Tried that too and for some reason it didn't quite take the two times I played at the casino...so it isn't as easy as all that to be bonus banned as you make it. (When you want to be) as I stated before.

why not regard the Bonus Money as what it is: a Bonus
I ask you too again, so why not just leave the bonus out instead of forcing it on players in the first place??

The reason I feel this strongly about these tactics are because I would love to find new homes (casinos) to play at and casinos such as yours makes it very difficult to choose to play at. But I do choose not to play at these kinds of casinos, so it really is not my loss...

As I said earlier, I have no issues with them, and have had good experiance with them so far.

In regards to bonus, if you get a bonus you dont want, you can forfeit it as SunsetSvenhas said, so its not the Microgaming scenario you stated earlier, its a bonus where you can either continue playng extra, whicmakes sense to me, or just throw it out. The bonus is there to extend your value for money, which makes sense to me.

Also the bonus is added, and clearly shown in the bonus balance in the cashier, but they stil dont have the clear terms of the bonus like Rival casinos do, which is nice

I agree 100%...How about if a person has a nice balance and playing slots; and never know the 20% bonus appeared doing a win or what not?

Thanks Sven for clearing these issues up .

Can you please tell me what games are allowed for the €25 bonus? I take it the €25 bonus is 20x the deposit and the bonus?

Also if you are unlucky enough to lose all your money does the wagering get reset if you take another bonus?

Hi DiamondGeezer - the 20x is on the Bonus ONLY.

The only games excluded are: Craps, Pai-Gow Poker, Mini Baccarat, Casino War.

We actually believe in comparably low bonuses - but also in fair bonus terms and very achievable playthrough requirements.

silcnlayc, please send me your Account# (PIN) and/or Username via PM and I will make your account a no-bonus account.

Hello Sven. Please check your PMs. I'd like to clear up that old PAB issue and possibly retire the old Warning if we can. Thanks.
