I am brand new here and this is my first post. I don't know if I just made novice mistakes, here his how my experience when with Winpalace...

I have no prior experience with online casinos, but found an "ebook" outlining a roulette strategy and since I'm desperate to make some "on the side" money to pay may bills and take care of my family, I decided to test it (Keep in mind I've been looking for something for over a year...online casinos are not my first stop). The casino being pushed in the ebook was winpalace, so I signed up and tested the method a few hours a day for almost 2 weeks in "play for free" mode. Seemed real good. I only lost money when 0 or 00 came up or when I didn't follow the method correctly or didn't have enough in the acct to cover all the bets as outlined.

First problem I had was my CC being rejected a whole bunch of time because it is an International transaction (I'm in the USA). Figured that out...had to call the CC company and have them manual approve the transaction.

Since I didn't know how this would go, I only deposited $100, which is much less then what is required for the method. I had also tried a red and black betting technique that doesn't need more then $100 bank roll ( I tested this for 3-4 days prior with much success) and in playing with real money, my $100 was gone in less then 5 min.

I don't know if it is me or WinPalace..but i don't know if my goal ($150-$200 per day) is attainable with WinPalace or another casino.

Just sharing my experience...maybe hoping for some advice too
Well, first off let me say, welcome to the forum. I think you are extremely lucky to have found Casinomeister with such a small loss. Most players have found it either after losing substancial amounts of money or after winning a large amount to find out where you won it was a rogue casino (like myself). So to be honest... IF indeed that is all you lost prior to coming here, then you got off cheap!
Secondly., you should never, ever gamble to "make money"! Doing so is a losing bet! I don't know of one person who goes to a B&M casino "expecting" to win! Most people go "to get away" or "to have fun" but not to "make money" let alone to make some "on the side money to pay bills" when they are "desperate"
Whether at the B&M casino or online, it should be a form of entertainment without expectations to "make money". I have seen many players come and go from this and other forums because they were "chasing" a win and ended up chasing it right into debt or bankruptcy (sp).
As far as "roulette strategy"... oh, if I had a dollar for every time someone came to this forum saying they had a strategy for roulette! (Go to the top of the page and do a search... I am sure there are dozens and dozens of hits on that subject!)
Online casinos are somewhat like your B&M casinos. They have the house edge. But with online casinos you can now add in the bonuses and coupons they toss around (if you use those) and they're edge just went up because now "when" you "win" you have wagering requirements to meet (something you don't have at a B&M casino!).
I thought that I had read here on the forum that "play mode" and "real mode" played the same. I am sure another member with more experience in that subject could elaborate. I honestly don't know for sure.
Now as far as "contacting your CC company to have them push through the charge".... I hope that doesn't get you into some trouble with everything going on right now.

    My advise would be...
**please don't play to "make money", "make ends meet" or expecting to come out ahead! I have seen that backfire and hurt many players!
**There is NO "strategy" when it comes to ANY of the games!!
**Get your finances in order first and then make a budget and no matter what don't deposit more than you can afford to lose! It should be fun not heartbreaking!
**IF you are going to play online then PLEASE visit Casinomeisters accredited section http://www.casinomeister.com/accredited_casinos.php

(BTW.. I had tried Winpalace through another forum., I did win and I did get paid. Even though it was not alot of money, it did take them some time to pay me. So I haven't returned)

I wish you nothing but good luck and happiness, just don't run around chasing it and don't believe in miracles when it comes to gambling!

    Exclamation Jonathan

    Hi.

    Regarding Winpalace...

I actually managed to win $3500 a few months back, wich offcourse was nice.
But then i realized that winpalace has the wierdest withdraw rules I have ever come across.
The Cashout limit is redicuolus $1000 a MONTH!
And you are only aloud to make withdrawals on mondays on buisness hours. And their buisnesshours starts around 10 in the evening for my timezone...

After you have registered the withdrawal in the software, you have to email support with subject starting "ATT accounts -username- wirhdraw inquiry.
Then support forwards the mail to a guy called James (James alone is the "accounting department").
James then emails you back and asks where you want the money transfered. You then have to email James again with the Neteller number in my case.
Then it takes another 2-3 days and he sends the money. From the point off money sent you can start counting down another month (and wait for the nearest Monday...) and the circus starts all over again.

The support is nice and the bonuses are good with reasonable playthrough but i will never deposit at winpalace again because of their seriously stupid withdraw rules.

Thank you for the kind welcome. At this point I've abandoned the idea of making "needed" money with casinos....Which I figured would happen, but maybe once I get things together, I'll be able to do it recreationally...with real money. I do enjoy playing the games. I'm sure I got away cheap learning my lesson for only $100..but it was also $100 I didn't expect to lose at the time...so I just need to move on and find something viable online so that one day I"ll have some cash to play with...

Everyone here is very nice and I'm so glad I found this forum...saved me a lot of frustration!

I deposit by MB and wires are the only option I am given to withdraw. I didn't think they processed any e-wallet withdrawals. Agree that it is ridiculous with the e-wallet specific bonuses they promote.

Yeah, I recently cashed $1400, and they put $400 back into my account. Bank charges me $15 per wire, so there's more money wasted. They must incur costs for wires transfers too, can't see the point in withholding such a small sum only to incur additional costs and upset the player. All in the hopes that I'll play it back?

Thanks for this information. We've been approached to review Win Palace, and I find it interesting that in their terms they say "All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $/€3,000" but nothing about weekly/monthly maximums.

Does anybody know if they have changed their withdrawal policy so that it's $3,000? Either way, their T&C's are vague.

it depends on how they classify you as a player. There are no parameters for this classification. If you are low on their list then they will only pay you $500 per week. If they value you and your playing style more than they may pay you anything up to the max per week.

On their side is the fact that they are on time EVERY week with no delays that way... the bad side is obvious. If you win 3k it takes six weeks to get it all.

I have never had a problem getting all funds though. Same with sister site called Slots Jungle.

Regalbar has a colorful history and is not held in high esteem by many experienced players and webmasters - Bryan included.

There are far better RTG casinos around like inetbet and club world and lucky club.

The $500 limits are disgraceful IMO and I would avoid them on that basis alone.

    Daniel Please Help!

The Good: On Winpalace's behalf I will say that this is the first casino Ive actually won at (which makes me slightly suspiscious, especially considering the amount im up). Their bonuses are great, especially for blackjack. The win/loss ratio seems correct and the staff does seem friendly.

The Bad: I faxed and emailed my paperwork on the 5th. A week later they told me they didnt recieve it. I faxed it again and emailed it to multiple winpalace email addresses. Now they tell me my ID isnt clear enough (i also sent a picture of my cc with my face on it) and I need to send another utility bill; which is complete and utter nonsense. I sent a complete bank statement (3 pages long and containing my actual deposit!) and a utility bill with my name and address at the top. To no surprise they've had absolutely no problem taking around $1200 in deposits over the last couple of months.

Unfortunately it seems as if Im getting the 'ol runaround on my flawless paperwork. Now would be a great time to give the other players here and my self some reassurance that Winpalace is truly a great place to play.

    Hi Acdelux,

First, you don't need to worry about getting paid. I promise you will.

I know the casino rules are very strict regarding the document requirements, but it's something i understand.

One thing that should be improved, as you suggested, is that you were waiting for long time before they told you that not all documents were received. That's unacceptable and will be changed.

    Congratulations on your winnings!
    Daniel

Maybe you could PM Maxd and ask if you can send him what you sent the casino and see if he has trouble reading it? I could be wrong but I think he's done this for a member before.

It won't matter to the casino as he won't intervene without a PAB being filed, but it will at least give us and you an idea whether the casino really is deliberately stalling.

Did you make sure your resolution was around 300 dpi??
