Bryan, some time has passed since these suggestions were given and I was wondering where things stand now. Just checking, I see that Fortune Lounge's "irregular play" clause within its T&Cs, the focus of much of the discussion here, remains unaltered. Have you recommended to Fortune Lounge that they make any of the suggested changes to their T&Cs?

Thanks for the reminder. I've been pretty busy since getting back from Macau. I'll shoot them an email to get things going.

We will certainly be taking your input into consideration when we revisit our Terms and Conditions.

Should we make any changes / improvement the members of this forum will be amongst the first to know.

Any idea on when this 'revisit' will take place? With all the negative posts regarding your current T&C's, I would hope very soon...

I'm glad to hear that you will be reviewing these suggestions, but I think it's very much in your interest to address this issue sooner rather than later.

As long as you insist on having ambiguous language in your promotional T&Cs, then I think this will be a continuing area of concern for many players.

Played the new tomb raider, played a little while but lost my deposit and tried another deposit because the game was a little interesting
