Fortune Lounge stop calling me!!!!!!!!

I have been getting calls or telemarketing calls for almost a year from fortune lounge regarding the great bonus they have on there casinos.I get called about there bonus at 7 sultans , fortune room or many of there other casinos. I have asked them to stop and a few times just hung up on them, I have also mailed them to stop calling us and it has not worked. I have called and asked them to please stop calling us and that request does not work either.

They even call me to find out if we got the mail they sent us. When I say we do not want to be bothered with there calls they ask for my husband and I tell them he does not want you to call either.

I have never signed a form saying I want to be telemarketed by them but I have asked them to stop and it is clear they just do not care and keep on calling.
I never want another telemarketing call from them again.Just last night they called about a great bonus they have for my husband at fortune room for new players. I said I have an account at fortune room and then they asked but your husband does not so he should download it.
I ask them to please leave us alone with there calls. No other casino has ever done this to us ( and we play many casinos).

Fortune lounge better stop annoying people with there calls. congress already wants to close on line casinos and all they need to hear is complaints regarding telemarketing calls we are getting from them.

I started a thread a while back about kiwi doing such a thing. I cant think of any reason one of these places should ever call. I thought Fortune Lounge had moved above this. They once called my house between 6-7am in an attempt to collect a debt i did not owe them and their processor on the transaction said I did not owe them. They eventually apoligized and addressed that they would stop such actions of calling like that. I guess not or I misunderstood. I still wont play at any casino related to them for this reason.

A privacy issue. Spouse, kids, friends don't have to know.

When people are told that a casino calls Mrs XX, they conjure up a person with a MAJOR gambling problem. Or worse as most folks in US and Canada believe that it is illegal.

Wonder if FL is noticing people requesting there accounts closed just to stop the phone calls?

I only give them my cell phone number, and i dont answer if i dont know who is calling .. easy. they will eventually stop...

I should have thought of that. I just never thought I would be constantly bothered by a casino especially when I have requested many times for them to stop.It's usually at night when My husband and I are relaxing after we put our toddler to bed then the call happens. I guess if this continues we will have to change our Phone numbers.They call both phone numbers we have. I wish I did what you did and given them my cell phone after all I never answer it if I don't know who it is either.But I can't do that with our home Phones.We have relatives in europe who call us and there numbers come in out of area.

We will only contact someone if we have valuable information to pass on regarding their gaming experience with us. We do however value every players request for privacy, and therefore mark their accounts accordingly so that they are not disturbed.

Or why not put a little tick box on your registration form or in your players club?

Thanks. I sent you an e-mail with the information on it.I want to add they have never called to ask about my experience at your casino.They call about bonuses at some of your casinos I have not played in years.The only casino in your group that we play is platnum play and they have never called us about that.
As I had written just the other night they called to see if we got there vegas villa cd and if we are going to down load it and how you have a big bonus there.
Anyway, I hope from now on we don't get any calls from you.
The only call we would not mind is if we won a huge jackpot and you would like to thank us.

Am i ever glad i found this thread. So i am not the only one who is getting bothersome calls from fortune lounge.

Why do they think i want some strange guy from a casino calling my hiouse at night. They act as if i should be grateful for the intrusion.

The strange thing is they do not answer my emails with an email reply. But i do get the telemarketing calls.

First time i emailed them asking if it was really them calling or did someone get my personal info. But they never replied to that email either.

I think that this is a point (calling people at home) that FL should reconsider. Unless there is a fool proof method of doing this, then it should not be done.

I've heard of some players that don't mind this a bit, but for those who do mind, and have fallen through some "cyber crack" of "we thought you've been removed from our list" doesn't cut it. From what I have seen, I think this program should be discontinued.

I finally got one phone call last Saturday from FL group.
Sadly their representive doesn't speak English well and I was watching TV at the same time. I thought he offered me bonus of some sort. I just couldn't pay attention to the poor kid because my wife was getting ready for the "major event" of the evening.
I then forgot whatever he said in 10 minutes. Maybe he will have better luck next time.

After they increased their WR to 10x(d+b)+1d, I don't play there as much as I used to. They often only offer 10-15% bonus which means I have to play 83.3x-120x bonus before I cash out. No thanks.
