I am knew and need help with be the dealer.com

    Hello,
Last month i got an email from this company about there site. So i looked into it and it seemed intreging. I depostied only 20 dollars to see what it was all about. Well i ended up deposting a total of 220 dollars. I got a total of 600 in my account. When i tryed deposting i had to send them many differnt forms of id. Which i did. When i sent them all these forms they blocked my account so i could not get onto my account anymore. My friend also has an account so we whent on her account so i could talk to customer support about my account. Since i did this they told me that they think i have 2 accounts and was cheating. Which i was not at all. They sent me an email giving me 3 days to have my friend send all her information to them which she did. I get an email today telling me that they are refunding my money not giving me my winnings and cancelling me account becasue my information was not right... even though they all ready told me it was ok... so they are pretty much just dicking me around... i have tryed talking to customer serive and they are no help they keep telling me that someone will call me which has never happend yet.... anyone no how i can get my money also.. i cant show you the emails they sent me.. thanks for your help guys!!!

i do not think this is the proper place to post your complaint. Introduce yourself here and go to the proper online casino complaints forum and post it there. I am sure you will find plenty of help. Welcome anyway

Nctarheels, in your first post you say She and Her and now you are referring to gerber00 as a He and all your multiple posts on here today and the posts from gerber00 and all the similarities in both of your profiles...are you Kidding me...hell if I was the Casino I would close your account too and Only refund your deposit...you brought all this mess on yourself, if you plan on having buddies at a college that play on the same casino as you do,...you should at least have a Proxy IP or Proxy Auto-Configuration ("PAC" files) to manage your Proxy settings...jeeze...you guys are a bunch of rookies here...

A lot of colleges use NAT for routing, so although each computer will have a different IP, it will look on the other end as if they're coming from the same place....with the exact same hardware (MAC) address, since they're reading the info from the router they're going through......

But, I'll wait on CM's ruling on whether they're on the up and up...
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Yea, I know, that was my point...maybe I didn't make it clear enough though as I was trying to tell him or her or whoever they are, that they need to use a "server-based" geospoofing and geoanonymizing technology and or the Tor Network to select a working proxy server in any geographic location, even across town, that would even be better, but I didn't really want to give out that much info to them...I kinda figured they could read between the lines...

Seems as though the Meister would have just as much trouble as the casino did though at trying to figure out if they are the same person or not since like you just said they are all looking at the same end of the router for Mac addresses unless the Meister has some sort of special technology that the casino doesn't have or use...

No you're wrong, I've got nothing but love for you here brother and if you had read my posts carefully up above then you would see how I explained to you about what you may need to do...The casino see's that as the same Mac or IP address and as it being the same player from the same location using multiple screen names or ID's...
