Hello,
Last month i got an email from this company about there site. So i looked into it and it seemed intreging. I depostied only 20 dollars to see what it was all about. Well i ended up deposting a total of 220 dollars. I got a total of 600 in my account. When i tryed deposting i had to send them many differnt forms of id. Which i did. When i sent them all these forms they blocked my account so i could not get onto my account anymore. My friend also has an account so we whent on her account so i could talk to customer support about my account. Since i did this they told me that they think i have 2 accounts and was cheating. Which i was not at all. They sent me an email giving me 3 days to have my friend send all her information to them which she did. I get an email today telling me that they are refunding my money not giving me my winnings and cancelling me account becasue my information was not right... even though they all ready told me it was ok... so they are pretty much just dicking me around... i have tryed talking to customer serive and they are no help they keep telling me that someone will call me which has never happend yet.... anyone no how i can get my money also.. i cant show you the emails they sent me.. thanks for your help guys!!!

Well you're in the Complaints section here, this would be your best venue for any help from the forum members or from Max...

Hopefully someone with experience with Bethedealer will help you. Just be patient.

It's a long way from Chapel Hill to New York. Reminds me of the 9 months I worked in NYC (they were not amused with my southern accent).

18 for your legal jurisdiction, not 18 across the board.....

Some (most all) online casinos assume the legal age to play in the USA is 21, but as it's been discussed in other threads before, California is one that it's 18 as well. (Indian casinos, etc)...not sure about NY.

Yea, that's the same kind of machines that they have at VictoryLand down in Shorter, Alabama

Is the Hard Rock Casino that you are referring to in Hollywood, Fla. on the Seminole Indian Reservation ?

Please, DO NOT cross-post! It makes a mess of the forums, makes work for the forum mods (including me), and generally confuses the issue. NOT a good thing.

As to your issue, I've forwarded it to my contact at BeTheDealer for comment. They're not on the boards so they may not respond directly here, it may be to me via email. If and when I hear anything I'll post back here.

Ok, I've had word back from BTD:

> I have looked into this situation and can confirm that our Risk
> Department has identified that the documents supplied have been doctored
> therefore they are void.
>
> All accounts involved have been disabled and the original deposits to
> the accounts will be refunded.

Unless you have evidence to the contrary I'd say this is a closed case before it ever began.
