They could get rid of their predatory term:

C. Purchasing and playing slots to maximize the opening match slot offer, and then switch to play non-slot games and using abusive wagering tactics/systems (e.g. placing large wagers on the sum of more than 20% of their total balance). This abuse allows players to use bonus credits earned with slot play to use on or hedge against wagering losses on their non-slot game play.

I too would like to have the 25% of bonus term reviewed and revised to 25% of initial bonus. Other casinos have made this change, as the first one can leave it impossible to win.

I have an issue with this term:

7.1. Please note that maximum withdraw for any Free Bonus or Free Games is 100 voiding any exceeding funds from the player’s balance.

Considering all of your bonuses include free spins, does that mean there will always be a max withdrawal of $100?

The term before that shows Free Spins means the same as Free Games:

7. Please note that any winnings made from Free Spins/Free Games will be added to your bonus balance and must be turned over towards the playthrough requirements.

When I played, I noticed the SOFTWARE took care of this, and I found my max bet was cut whilst there was a bonus in play, and was back to the usual MGS defaults when there was no bonus.

If the software does this, there is no need for this term at all, just set the software to manage maximum bets.
You could always have a system of NOT imposing this cap, or term, for players you deem to be "recreational" and/or "loyal".

Most "advantage play" seems to occur with the welcome bonus, which is often the most generous offer a player will ever receive.

Subsequent bonus offers seem to be tailored to individual players, or at least to player categories, so players who win too much (like me) just stop getting them. Others who "don't play fair" presumably also find themselves off the list.

The player I posted about deposited $1000 and got a $400 bonus. Played slots with $20/spin was as low as $69 before he hit. I doubt that the software catches their 20% of total available balance.
The reasoning for their confiscation was (from Gamblingrumbles report):
Victor's violations, according to GoWild, was that he "made 3 bets of 20% or more of his total balance - he actually violated the Terms in the technical way". (Those three bets were when his balance was below $100 but he continued to bet $20 per spin.)

This, combined with the fact that he later lowered the size of his bets, constituted "bonus abusive game-play (bet high-win big/bet low-cut loses)", according to GoWild.
He was still betting up to $10/spin tough.
